Iâm sure I donât need to emphasize this furtherâ2.8 stars speaks volumes about the companyâbut Iâll share my experience anyway. I hired Perez Enterprises, a subcontractor for Home Depot, to install my hot water heater. The woman who answered the phone was very nice while setting up the appointment, but things went downhill from there. I wasnât home during the installation because Iâm a firefighter and was on duty and wanted hot water for my family (I'm also a Class A contractor). I trusted Home Depot and their subcontractor; they pulled the necessary permits, and the installation was supposed to be inspected. Despite the reviews, I went ahead and booked the service. My wife informed me that the installation went fine, but it needed a few updates to meet code, which I understood. A few hours later, she called to say that she smelled gas. The gas company came out and found two leaksâone at the HVAC unit and another at the hot water tank. The HVAC is located next to the hot water tank in a small closet, and the HVAC unit had been installed three years ago without any issues. I suspect the installer may have jarred the fitting while putting in the new tank. The gas company fixed the leaks and moved on. My wife was understandably upset and called Perez Enterprises, prompting a call back from the owner (to me) He claimed his installer checked for leaks and insisted it wasnât his fault. I disagreed, and the conversation didnât improve from there. In summary, if you want cheap service, this company can provide thatâbut youâll likely end up with cheap results.

This installer was set up by Home Depot, and we were more than unsatisfied. Our gas water heater was set up, and shortly after, when I returned home with my two small children, the entire house reeked of natural gas. The gas company was called, and they spent an hour fixing TWO leaks in the gas line that the technician had installed 1 hour prior. When I called Perez Enterprises the technician, manager, and OWNER insisted that protocol was completed, and that the gas line was checked prior to leaving from the job. Lies. Tell me why when the sniffer from natural gas entered my home it immediately began alarming, and why when a soap solution was sprayed on the piping, large bubbles formed on either ends of the connection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is a reason why they have low ratings and are not accredited by the BBB.

It is realy a ZERO. I purchased several appliances from Lowe's. I paid to have the microwave and dishwasher installed.. They sent this awful company that told me i needed a plug recepricle. I asked if he could put it in and he told me no. So the dishwasher did not get installed. When I called the company, I got the run around. The technician and the office manager were rude and nasty. I wouldn't have this company back in my home ever.

This company is garbage, and full of garbage people. In 2021, I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's. They came out to measure the space, and honestly, that team was good, though I'm not sure why there was 6 of them. They told me my counter wasn't supported on one side, and it would have to be fixed, and that I'd have to pay a little bit more to fix it, to which I agreed. When the guys came a few days later to install it, they measured it again (once) and told me the dishwasher wouldn't fit, and left. I missed two full days of work for this. I ended up refunding everything, and hand washed dishes for the next 3.5 years. Cut to now, bought a dishwasher, paid for install, my wife missed a whole day of work this time. Guy was out for a total 10 minutes. He said he couldnt install the dishwasher, because the subfloor was rotted (which was true), but then said he wanted to get the old one out, so he "could at least haul it away". He couldn't. I got it out in 5 minutes, WHILE HE WAS STILL IN MY DRIVEWAY playing on his phone, and smoking. I asked him if he could haul it away, and he said he had to install one, to haul one... He also tore the dishwasher apart, and instead of putting it back together, just put the parts in the dishwasher, and also left a bunch of debris and whatnot ony kitchen floor. Additionally, the lady who does the initial call talks crap about previous customers, the n the phone, which is super unprofessional. In the end, I cancelled the install, had it delivered, did the install myself, and had a working dishwasher 2 hours later. Do not use this company.

During my dishwasher install there were a couple of issues and the company was quick to resolve. They even secured my dishwasher hoses to the back of the cabinet to keep them from getting in the way. They also brought me several utensil caddies to choose from that came out of old dishwashers because I didn't care for the one that came with my new dishwasher. Overall, excellent service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company will DAMAGE your home. I got a dishwasher installed and the technician failed to used the necessary moving rugs during the installation. The floors boards are ruined. We told the technician directly after the installation in person that they ruined the floors, and the technician replied with âtheyâre shitty formica floors anyway.â The owner, Roy Perez, came over one week later to inspect the floor and stated since I did not have a before photo of the floors thereâs no way to prove this company ruined them even though the installation was witnessed first hand in person. The owner showed no lack awareness or accountability for the negligent actions of his employees. The owner refused to reimburse me with some of installation fee and states that if I want him to fix the floors I will have to pay them. Loweâs should drop this company. If they call to schedule an installation tell Loweâs you want a different company. I paid a lot of money for this company to install the dishwasher properly and treat my home with respect. This company was disrespectful, dishonest, and damaged my home. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
