Rob Bertolino Plumbing & Heating

I had a really bad slab leak that was costing me $1000s on my water bill. I called this company and Josh was my plumber and he was so nice and helpful. He did an amazing job fixing the leak and leaving it nice for me to repair the aftermath. Very appreciative of this company.

Wow! Wonderful service, for fair price. The job isn't finished yet, but have a pretty good idea on how to proceed. Dan was awesome and patient with our questions and even let us be apart of the troubleshooting process. Thank you. Follow up- the work was finished today. Big thanks to Brian and apprentice who worked all day to get us back up and running. Really appreciate Tony and Rob for moving the schedule around for us and we will definitely recommend The Bertolino Company to others, and call for future plumbing needs.

3rd time we've used Rob Bertolino Plumbing; 3rd time we've received excellent service. Their guy, Josh, was on-time and very thorough with a pain-in-the-neck leak in our external water supply pipe. It was better than the original installation after he finished. In the process, he found a problem that just hadn't happened yet ! So that was headed off and the cutoff valve he installed was again, superior to the original one. I've owned multiple houses in the area and for plumbing, I call no one else; and I refer no one else to friends & neighbors. But be patient when calling these guys - they are so good that they are just swamped with customers !

Josh arrived on time and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. He was exceptionally courteous and professional. We have always had good experiences with Bertolino, and Josh is a great addition to their team.

The plumber who visited our house on a Friday was very kind and provided semi-helpful information, though they could not commit to resolving the problem and promised to call us back Monday to schedule another plumber to come out—even though we had no heat and no hot water. They never called us, and did not understand the urgency of the situation. We thankfully found another plumbing company over the weekend who had the issue diagnosed and fixed incredibly fast. While I understand busy schedules, I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from Rob Bertolino.

Rob Bertolino has been my go-to plumber for many years. He never disappoints. I had a tough shower clog and Josh persevered to clear it. Very great outcome at a very reasonable price.

I hired Bertolino Plumbing install a water line and drain connection for a new washer/dryer. Dan and Josh did a great job, arrived on time and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend Bertolino Plumbing and Heating to everyone in the need of a plumber or hvac technician. Thanks to all for a job well done.

We were having problems with no hot water in the showers. Josh came out and diagnosed the problem as the cartridges were bad. They were so old, they had a hard time finding them. After ordering them and receiving the cartridges, Dan came out and installed them. It nice to have hot showers again! Thank you for a job well done!
