Sean Fixes Johns Plumbing

Never thought i would have a go-to plumber but that's just what happened. Sean was able to set some rough idea/expectations around the cost and work over the phone and then he exceeded them while he was here. He was very personable and the install came out looking and working great! 100% will be calling Sean for future needs. It's seems like it is harder to find honest, hardworking craftsmen that don't take advantage of you but sean restore some faith. A+ all day.

We truly appreciate Sean! After waiting 10 days for 2 other plumbers who didn't return phone calls or show up at all, a friend recommended Sean. He answered the phone himself, had me send photos of our old, leaking faucet, ordered a new one, and came by with a couple hours to have a look. He was able to stop the leak and put the faucet back together so that we wouldn't be without a working kitchen sink. Even though the special-order faucet didn't arrive until late the next afternoon, Sean came by after hours on a Friday to install it. We are VERY happy with his work, will definitely use him again, and highly recommend Sean Fixes Johns Plumbing!

I will definitely call Sean in the future with any of my plumbing needs. They were at my home the day after the call and he is not alone. He has a helper with him, they are a great team. They are efficient and proficient. They take pride in their work and make sure the job is done correctly.

There aren't enough stars to put on this review. I'd give Sean a 100 out of 5. He communicates well, is direct, and won't give you the run around. I had a sewage line issue that ended up having to be replaced and Sean was able to help out in initially draining the line to give us temporary relief so that we could at least use the water as needed before it was replaced. I called on a Monday at 4:30 and he was over by 5:30. I truly cannot say enough good things about this man and his company. He is truly someone that I will be using moving forward. Thanks Sean!

Can’t say enough great things about Sean. We had a couple of separate plumbing issues that hit us simultaneously, just before Virginia Beach’s Snowmageddon ‘25. Sean tackled them both in short order. He also coordinated with the city and various contractors performing utility work in our neighborhood to ensure that we would not be billed for repairing systems that were damaged by others. Sean is a real pro - thorough, incredibly hard-working, diligent, and persistent. I have never worked with a better plumber.

Sean was wonderful! He came late on a Friday afternoon and was there within the half an hour after I called him. He fixed my burst pipe and walked through everything with me on how to winterize my outdoor shower and how to make sure it didn’t happen again. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Sean is a gentleman and skilled professional. One of our toilets started leaking at 8pm on a Saturday night. Water ran into the hallway and into one of the bedrooms. Sean arrived in about an hour and fixed the problem quickly. Pricing was fair and much cheaper than we thought it would be. He even made a trip back to his home to get us a powerful fan and dehumidifier to dry out the carpet! Thanks for superb service.

Sean came out on very short notice late on a Friday afternoon to assist with a broken down water heater. He was super responsive and helpful, and never tried to sell me on stuff I didn't need. Got it up and running in no time. Have a couple other issues at the house, and I will absolutely call Sean again, 100%
