The team that took care of my property clearly understood that their client was having one of the worse days of there life. The compassion they showed was exactly the kind of attitude someone in their profession needs to show. I especially wish to shout out for Mary, who was one of the crew working on pack-out, and oozed kindness every moment. The crew chief (Ray, I think) who clearly communicated every aspect of the process and was extremely respectful to my disabled wife and myself. The rest of the crew likewise showed that they understood they were dealing with someone's home and belongings and not just doing a job.
