Long story short Garrett came through for us on a Saturday on very short notice. He took his time to diagnosing multiple electrical issues we had in 3 different floors/multiple rooms. I have to say that Garrett is THE MAN! He worked on our house like it was his own, took his time and he earned the contract for Appleton Campbell %100. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend this company!

Gil, Brian (!), Jeff and Nat (and Daniel and Mike for the one day) were professional, knowledgeable, kind in handling a very difficult week’s long excavation and pipe replacement for our entire house. We are very happy with their work and the project.

Ronnie was wonderful! I had a recall on a part for my relatively new HVAC system. I called and they put me on the schedule for the following day. No charge and he was here for about 2 hours, faulty wire repair as well. Very personable and knowledgeable!

Appleton Campbell has proven, again, to be a reliable and work trusted company. I had to turn off my water because of a leak -John Williams came very late in the day and fixed my plumbing issue. John was courteous, kind, and respectful of my home. And, he walked me through every step of the repair process so I would understand the problem and the repair - I felt like he really cared and wanted to do good work. He left my home as clean as it was when he came and did and excellent repair job. I will be using them again and hope I can call on him for his good service! Thank you, John!

We received fast service on the same day and our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our plumbing issue quickly which didn't seem like we would ever see working properly again prior to his showing up. Highly recommended!

We just had our bi annual inspection today with Dewayne M, Patrick B and Shawn H. Excellent service. Timely. Updates provided on arrival time. Polite, respectful, and thorough. Work quoted was reasonable. We have been very happy with Appleton Campbell as a company. Also yesterday we had a gas water heater relief valve failure with water filling the pan. Appleton Campbell had installed one year ago. Jacob was able to come by end of day to diagnose and fix the problem. Updates were provided throughout the wait time. We cannot say ENOUGH about how amazing the customer service and quality of work from every single person we have met! Shane, Brian and Ken took on a huge project for us - abandoning our oil furnace and installing a hot water heater. Jacob was here so fast to diagnose the issues, Jacob was right behind him with solutions! We will be back time and again and recommend Appleton Campbell highly!

Fantastic company. Tim came out first to give me a quote. He was extremely helpful and nice and didn’t just try to upsell me the whole time. The crew Austin and Devin were also amazing and stayed for 4 hours working until the job was complete. There were multiple instances where they all went above what was required of them and made multiple improvements beyond my original problem. They even found a small gas leak from my water heater and patched it for me. Overall very impressed and will be hiring them again.
