Brent did a great job of fixing what I asked. He was very diligent and professional. He doesn't talk much but he gives you good advice. The pricing for the work is fair but I think they can do better because I was willing to do some prep work and buy the parts as needed.

Absolute professional service! Tony arrived early and quickly explained the repairs needed. He completed the job quickly and perfectly. No need to call any other plumber. Mr. Rooter is the best!

Haven’t had heat or hot water for 5 days after the gas company changed the meter and a sudden leak appeared. Home warranty wouldn’t cover (found out today)! I have used Mr. Rooter before so I contacted them. They were able to fit me in within less than an hour due to a cancellation or something. Joseph came and figured out a solution quickly (a better one than the company the warranty sent out). He was so polite and got the work done within a couple of hours. It seems when I have an issue, Mr. Rooter is who I need to call from now on.

Our plumber, Joey was excellent. He went above and beyond to help us with our problem and the second day he had another very nice technician named Brian. Both were very good and the price was better than some plumbers we called. And they came out the day after we called them!

Just to let you know. Mr, Jackson was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of his services. Thank you very much, I'm greatly for Mr.Rooters services, we will definitely use your business for any of our future needs. A true 10 out of 10. Thank you.

We have worked with Mr Rooter twice. Once was an emergency and the other a valve repair. Both times, the job was done well. Highly recommend.

Technician showed up 2 hours late and absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. He started what should have been a very simple repair and then realized he didn't have the required parts to complete the job so he had to go to the store. Trip to store took about an hour, meanwhile my water had to remain turned off. Once he returned he realized he didn't have the right tool and had to leave again for about 15 minutes. Once the job was finally completed I paid $600+ to replace a shower handle. That pricing is ridiculous. I recommend not using Mr. Rooter but if you do make sure you ask for a non-smoking technician if you are sensitive to smoke smells.

Extremely pleased with Mr. Rooter in Williamsburg. My call was answered by a real person and I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. I was provided advance notice of Bryce’s arrival and he actually arrived a few minutes early! I was pleasantly surprised to see that Bryce was knowledgeable and courteous. He provided a couple solutions to my plumbing issue with precise estimates for each. By the way, this diagnostic issue was free of charge! Thanks to his clear advice, I was able to purchase a part locally and fix the problem myself! I won’t hesitate to call Mr. Rooter in the future with any plumbing needs.
