Good experience using water restoration services. We had our dishwasher developing a leak. The field supervisor showed up within two hours after a call even though it was Saturday. The crew arrived soon after. Very courteous and professional. The field supervisor had been responding to all requests promptly. Good coordination with our insurance company.

I called Roto-Rooter because I had an emergency toilet overflow and water was leaking through the ceiling. A technician was sent out whose name was Bilal. He was very professional and honest and a God send. I had prayed over the problem and in my spirit, I feel that God sent one of His best to resolve the problem. I am well pleased!

Roto-Rooter was immediately responsive to our needs for a hot water heater fault. They had somebody on-site in an hour and thoroughly inspected our system for any other issues too. He quickly swapped in the needed part (the flammable vapor sensor) to get us back up and running, and we were back to operations. Anthony was super helpful and offered tips for maintenance and his professionalism was top notch! We couldn’t be happier with his work, his expertise, and the price was very reasonable. We called Roto Rooter in the evening for a clogged drain expecting an appointment in the next day or two. Instead they sent a technician over that evening and had the drain cleared within the hour. The technician (Tyler) provided outstanding service and the price was reasonable. All in all a good experience. I would definitely recommend this service provider for future drain cleaning.
