My husband had A-1American come to replace our ac/heat pump unit worst mistake EVER! I wish I would have found Quick Heating and Air Conditioning from the beginning! Tommy is always a pleasure and every time i have called (so far four) he was here so quick and had my system up so quickly! Lol this last time he just came to my home, i had a knock on my door. It was my neighbor who's heat was also out. From my house to the next house Tommy went, with no hesitation! Most companies i have ever dealt with usually say oh you will have to call the office and schedule with them! TOMMY DIDN'T HESITATE TO RUN OVER AND ASSIST THIS NEIGHBOR! To me this speaks volumes of his character! He is top notch and i don't think there is any other company out there that could match this companies stature in quality, and friendliness. He is one that I can trust whole heartedly and know that it is going to be done right! Thank you Tommy for all of your hard work and dedication to help our community!

Tommy was amazing! He was very quick to respond (came within hours of me calling). He replaced the broken part the same day and my ac was back up and running in no time. Excellent! We spent one week without A/C working with two other companies trying to get quotes and a plan. I called Tommy on Monday afternoon and we had a fully functioning new unit by Tuesday afternoon! Responsive, honest, didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. Highly recommend!
