I was advised by VA Gas that I had a problem due to high usage and suggested I have my ductwork checked. After calling my families long-time HVAC provider and getting nowhere (told to call Stanley Steamer..?!), I dug deep and researched other local companies. When I saw Worleys is a local family owned business and read the fabulous reviews I called them. The initial visit/inspection was a great experience. The inspector walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and even invited me to go in the crawlspace with him! It turns out my best option was to completely replace the ductwork that entailed under the house and the attic. We also found the attic insulation was very old and sparce. After much discussion, I chose to do everything at once: complete ductwork replacement, removal of old insulation replaced with new, and a new attic floor as I'd been falling through. Jared, Mason and crew were always here first thing and have worked nonstop for four days and finishing up today (I had four or five trucks here daily and should have taken pictures...!). I could not be more pleased as they have gone over and above to ensure that nothing gets missed and much more than I ever expected (even insulated my attic door!). I will be canceling my current HVAC contract, and Worleys will be my new go-to for everything except plumbing. Our family plumber (local owned, family business) has been used since 1984! 😉

Worley’s installed our Generac generator in one day. It was an amazing operation. John, the electrician, is a highly experienced wizard. It was a tough day for him, as his assistant had called out and it was 100 degrees outside, but he still got it done. Once the generator was in place, it took about 6 weeks to get the generator up and running, but that was not Worley’s fault. City code inspectors and some prior electrical work (by a diff company) slowed the process. But it is up and running now. Yes, it was expensive, but the peace-of-mind given by this single piece of equipment cannot be over emphasize.

I recently had electrical work done by Worley’s Home Services and couldn’t be more satisfied. Sam, the electrician, displayed exceptional professionalism from start to finish. He arrived on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and worked efficiently. His expertise was evident in the quality of his work, and he left the work areas spotless. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. The service was top-notch , and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs. Highly recommended!

As a director of maintenance here at the Regent of Newport News, a technician from Worley's Noah Wolf responded to our service call for an emergency gas shut off valve. Noah was very knowledgeable and efficient at resolving the issue. I appreciate the communication from Worley's from the home office through the technician and their whole staff. Worley’s Home Services saved the day. I called for emergency services due to leaky pipe and clogged kitchen sinks. They came out within a couple hours of my call for help. Windy was great on telephone customer service and Kameron did great job on service call. Both were very courteous and professional. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends. We were informed of any work and the cost prior to performing service. Thank you Worley!!!

I had the best experience with Noah and Cam! They arrived on time and got right to work. I had three toilets replaced, and they worked so quickly, I couldn’t believe they were done! Noah was very personable and shared stories about his time in the military. I am prior service as well, so it was cool to hear about his experiences. They cleaned everything up, and it was as if they were never there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing honest and dependable plumbers!

Satisfied 10/10. They were able to come out the same day I called. Kameron was very friendly and super thorough. He did great at explaining the situation and our options with prices. Kid and dog friendly. Not only did he clean up after himself but he also cleaned the residue that was left from the problem! He gave us helpful tips and estimates on future repairs we may need. Very pleased.

We had two upstairs sinks that were backing up in two different rooms. Worley's was able to send some within two hours of the call. The technician was very professional, very knowledgeable, and resolved the issue very quickly. We felt that the price very fair. Thank you to Worley's!
