Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Four months ago, I had a bathtub downspout repaired by Roto Rooter, but I hadn't used it since. Now I discovered another issue. Since it was a tricky situation with the 3-month warranty having just expired, I explained everything in detail to the local manager. They only charged me for the parts and completed the repair perfectly. I want to thank Frank, the local manager, and Ray, the plumber, for their kind service, which lived up to Roto-Rooter's reputation. When it comes to plumbing issues, Roto-Rooter is the way to go!

Incompetent! Crazy expensive! Charged me $1000 and did not solve the issue. I had an issue with my Kohler shower valve: it was not mixing cold and hot water properly, it was either cold, or you move the valve a tiny bit and it became super hot. I called Roto-Rooters. The guy came, opened the valve, told me the cartridge needs to be replaced and it would cost $800. I agreed . He went to a shop, came back in an hour, replaced "the cartridge", but the issue was not solved! So he literally told me, that "my shower should be like a new" and that's it was not the issue with the cartridge and he did not know why it was not working. He told me that probably there is some "deeper" issue and I need to replace the whole plumbing in the shower... He of course still charged me $800+tax and he even asked for TIPS! Really? How shameless you need to be! Ultimately, I decided to research on my own and figured out that he actually only replaced the Mixer Cap Kit (Kohler GP77759) and he did not actually replace the cartridge (Kohler GP500520) which was behind the cap kit! How incompetent you must be! See on the photo: he replaced the cap on the right side, and did not replace the cartridge on the left side (you see how rusty it was). Ultimately after a bit of research I bought and replaced everything myself (and that's the photo of the old items I replaced). It was pretty straightforward and the issue was solved. I cannot describe how frustrated I am that I trusted this Roto-Rooter "specialist" and just wasted tons of money on nothing.

My mom had an emergency sewer back up this weekend. Giovanni came over and helped me get everything working again. He was fast, nice and very knowledgeable. His crew was also awesome. Adam came and installed a clean out outside same day so Giovanni could finish. Greta teamwork. Fast and good work!

Our plumbing at our rental backed up and they came out super quickly! The plumber was very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward with our options. We appreciated his insight and quick service. We will gladly use them again!

Awesome!!!!! Husband tried to fix a leak under the kitchen sink - cldn’t quite get it back together. Called RR - they were there within 2 hrs and got it fixed right up! So grateful for their quick response time and their skill at getting everything put back correctly , as a previous handyman repair was apparently not quite up to snuff. RR fixed it all - and for a reasonable price.

Josh was great! He came on Christmas morning! We were hosting 15 family members and a shower wouldn't turn off. We had to cut water to the whole house on Christmas morning (not ideal). We were worried we wouldn't be able to get someone out on the holiday but Josh arrived the within only a couple of hours. He happened to have the one part we needed (which was lucky since hardware stores were closed) and fixed the problem. He was kind and professional and working hard on a Christmas day. Thank you! Saved Christmas for us!
