I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron from American Rooter, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. I had a particularly challenging issue with my underground gutter downspout system, which had never been cleaned and was severely clogged. Several other companies had declined to take on the job, deeming it too difficult. Ron, however, approached the problem with confidence and professionalism. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work, utilizing his powerful hydro jet machine to clear years of accumulated debris. Within just a few hours, my downspouts were flowing freely again! Thoroughly professional service by Ron. Had my toilet backing up, read up reviews here and on Yelp and gave Ron a call. He came to my house in the designated time window. Guess what the backup had resolved by itself. Ron was patient to hear us out, double check everything. He laid out a plan of action and provided upfront estimates. And he didn't charge any service or visit fees! After his visit I am at ease and have a peace of mind. Will definitely be going to him if required the next time. Ron, the owner and operator of American Rooter Sewer & Drain Service, is THE person to call if you have a drain/sewer line issue. After realizing we had a sewer main backup, I called American Rooter early in the morning and spoke to Ron personally. He was able to immediately come to my home thanks to another job on the eastside that day. He used advanced tools to clear the drain, diagnose problem areas, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He has the expertise and the right equipment for any serious drain problem. I highly recommend you skip any too-good-to-be-true offers and call Ron at American Rooter if you have drain issues. Highly recommend. I had a blockage problem in my storm drain. Ron properly inspected and located the problem. then fixed over 3 sprouts and drain successfully. He also suggested what to do to prevent such blockage too. oh, he said he's working on this industry over 35 years but somehow google cut his 30 years experiences and just shows +3yr. :-) he's skilled engineer I can say. I had plugged kitchen drain that I couldn't clear with a drain auger. Ron was able to squeeze me in the same day. He was courteous, efficient, and very professional. He explained what needed to be done with clear pricing and a work guarantee. Afterwards, he walked through how to maintain/prevent issues in the future, especially around grease clogs. I also appreciated the minor details, like wearing shoe covers when he was in the house. Overall, just an outstanding experience.
