Omar provided an estimate the day after I requested it. His crew was ready to start the very next day. Our project was replacing the water service to our home. They were fast, clean, and the final product is excellent. They excavated 4 pits for our job and bored Pex pipe. They reconnected the irrigation, installed a yard hydrant, and switched over to the new line flawlessly. We were without water for about 2 hours. Seattle Public Utilities inspection was coordinated and passed with no concerns, and they came back to backfill and restore the areas where they dug the next day. They even did an exposed aggregate finish on the sidewalk to match the existing.

Thank you to Omar, Jose, and crew for getting us power to our new house! They did directional boreing work for us on a very busy street. They communicate well, prompt responses, kind, and hard workers. They are very skilled with what they do at a fair price. They get the job done, do it right, and safely. Omar and his team did an amazing job replacing my water main! This was my first time having to deal with a major home repair and I talked with about ten other companies before choosing Master Bore. I found out that most other plumbing companies do not specialize in boring because it is difficult and requires highly specialized equipment. Master Bore had the best blend of skill, knowledge, responsiveness, communication, quality materials, advanced equipment, and competitive pricing. The whole crew was friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them if you need a trenchless utility replacement.

I will say that I did not have to use this company so take my 5 stars as you will. Omar responded to my inquiry for a leak on my main water line within a half hour, and Jose came by the next morning about 13 hours after I first sent my inquiry. I had gotten a quote for an entire main line repair from a prior company for $25,000. Jose took one look and told me he can’t touch the leak and the city was responsible (sorry for making you come out!) then gave me the number at SPU to call to take care of it. And of course he was correct. Can’t take honesty, skill, and expertise for granted nowadays. I will go with them if I ever do need my entire line repaired for sure. Gracias, Jose y Omar!!
