Ready Rooter

After heavy rains last weekend we had a significant leak coming into our basement. I was desperate to find anyone to come out on a Sunday evening but they were marked as “Open” on Google and so I called. A plumber (Roger) stopped by at around 8pm on Sunday and was able to take a look and suggest we get a pipe scope on our old drain on the exterior stairs leading down to our finished basement. He also contacted a remediation company and they were out to our house by 9pm on a Sunday. The rains subsided and the leak was slower but they helped to mitigate for the night. Jim was out the next morning and tried to scope it but the tubing wasn’t able to thread anywhere. Long story short, we had a collapsed drain and now we have a brand new exterior sump pump thanks to Devon and his team. They were tidy, nice, and kept us updated since we had to leave town for an already planned trip. He assured me “we will make this right so you don’t have to worry about this again”. Such a relief. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone that helped us with this- their response was so fast, the price was fair (it was not a cheap fix- don’t get me wrong, but they had to manually dig 6’ down in a 6’x3’ area and also trench about 20 feet for the drainage pipe, so a ton of work). I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an emergency.

It all began with a minor leak from the valve beneath my kitchen sink while I was attempting to replace the faucet. When I went to turn off the main water supply for the house, I discovered that it didn’t stop the flow completely. I reached out to Ready Rooter, and they promptly arrived to fix both the leak and the main water connection. Afterward, I had them replace all the valves in my home and install a new toilet. Blain was upfront about the pricing, arrived on schedule, and even devised a smart solution for the main water issue that saved me both time and money! I wholeheartedly recommend their services; they are the only plumbers I will call in the future.

Ready rooter was able to come out on the day we called their office, which was a Sunday. We ended up with 2 different areas in our sewer line which were blocked and it took over a week for the work to be completed. During that time we had many men come out to work on our project. All of them were very professional and courteous, and were very concerned with our needs during that time, as a lot of the time we couldn’t use our water or bathroom at all. Some of them worked many hours during the day and even in the dark, to complete our project in a timely manner. One very hard and efficient man who worked many hours on our project was Jerod I. He was very professional and always put our needs first. He always informed us on what the plan was, he worked many hours on our project, even worked in the dark with lights so that we could use our facilities ASAP. He was a very pleasant man to have working in our front yard area in a very unpleasant situation. While Jerod I. dug up our front yard to get to the sewer lines, he and the crew carefully laid our lawn sod out so that it could be put back down after the job was done. He made sure that our front lawn looked (almost) as good as it did before they started digging. We were very happy with the work that Ready Rooter did for us!

From the gentlemen that I had to come out and give me options to for solutions with my sewer pipe to the crew that came out and did the work…. specifically Jesus, This experience was awesome! I had a large belly in my sewer pipe, Several other contractors came out and gave me estimates with no real understanding of how they planned on fixing it… One company did have a plan but said they’d have to take out my trees and my fence To do it!!! Ready Rooter made that all unnecessary at a price that I could handle. I highly recommend this team for any of your future sewer work!

The staff is incredibly responsive, professional and very very pleasant. They arrived at my Mothers home with in 1-1/2 hours from my first call.The work the plumbers complete is perfect! The cut into the line was straight and the new pipe and fittings are in perfect alignment. And I really appreciate that we didn’t get any pressure to upgrade. Our experience started with Annie who made sure we got help on the same day. She was very personably and made you feel like she understood the situation and was there to help. She kept us aware of who was coming and time of arrival. Issac and Zane arrived and showed up sooner than expected. They diagnosed the initial issue very quickly. And unclogged the pipe. It was also impressive that Mike, the owner, also came by. Blake did the video and the real issue was uncovered. The bid was reasonable and the work was completed quickly and professionally. A shout out to Blake for making everything clear and Jason, who did a beautiful job and clean up. You hardly knew they did anything. The new plumbing looked like art!

We are very satisfied customers. This company was both friendly, professional, expedient, reasonably priced when compared to seven other estimates of similarly equipped companies that we had meetings with. Without doubt, Patrick, our Plumber/Technician was way above and beyond what we expected. A little background on the job that we needed accomplished. Approximately two weeks prior to the work beginning, we were approached by a utility worker from the city who informed us that our water meter readings were higher than normal. It was determined that we had a leak somewhere between the water meter on the street and the main shut off to our house. It was confirmed with a leak detection company. After seven estimates to have the line either totally replaced or just to have it ‘spot repaired’, we hired Ready Rooter. We gave this decision very serious consideration as to their professional presentation, the Q&A that we had with all the technicians, and their overall friendliness/approachability. Again, without doubt, Patrick and Ready Rooter as a whole, was top shelf! We had conversations after the job was done with Patrick to basically retain them as our plumber going forward. I highly recommend this company specifically Patrick…OUR plumber. We got two smart guys. Explained the issue clearly and discussed about short term quick relief and long term permanent solution. Completed the work in less than 30 minutes. They had all the tools and equipments for the work including the towels. They cleaned the area after the work. The charge was very minimal compared to other service providers. Way cheaper. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing work. Great job guys
