We had a main water line leak and I got many quotes for the water line replacement. Topgun was by far the best price for this job. They have all of their own equipment, no sub contacting like other companies. They completed the work in one day with no disturbance to the driveway. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues we may have.

Last week, I received notice from my water utility that I likely had a leak. I determined that it was in the supply line between my water meter and my house. I called Topgun Plumbing and Jake came out the same day. He instructed me to get a leak detection service to come out and pinpoint the location of the leak, which I did. Topgun plumbing provided a very competitive and reasonable price bid to repair the leak which was under an asphalt driveway. They completed the repair in less than a full day. They arrived on time and the cost was exactly what was quoted.

Plumbers that are professional, punctual, proficient, polite and pleasant. Can’t ask for more. I was impressed by both Jake and Greg, and the way they extracted that large rock that had crushed our waterline through the decades we have lived here. I did do a double take at first at the price when presented with the estimate before the job, but that’s more a reflection of the inflationary times we live in than TopGun’s prices itself. It is what it is, and I appreciated Jake taking a couple of hundred off in recognition of me done a chunk of digging to locate the leak.

Replacing a water main is a difficult choice, a difficult job. I am glad I asked Topgun Plumbing to do the job and they sent their best team Jake and Greg to do the job using the best materials. Their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and respect for property and neighbors made this experience a very positive one for me, I have no regrets!

TLDR; I had a great experience with Topgun, and you should call Topgun for excellent service, honest work, and fair prices. I had a leak in the ceiling. I called Topgun, the call taker was polite and courteous. Within minutes, I got a call back from the owner Al, who said he could stop by and look on the same day. Topgun team member Eric showed up shortly after and root caused the problem to a bad shower drain seal. The Topgun team, including Eric, Al and Josh all showed up and worked together quickly to solve the problem on the same day. The team was very polite and professional, which left me with no doubt they would do a great job. Topgun solved the leak problem in a timely and cost effective manner. I’m extremely satisfied with the Topgun’s work and the positive results. They charged a very fair price and I will definitely call Topgun first if I have any future plumbing issues. I’d recommend Topgun to my friends and family.

Al and Eric just fixed a pressure issue with my hot water that’s vexed multiple other plumbers over multiple years - I had previously even replaced the water heater as an attempted solution to no avail. They patiently listened to the litany of things we tried before, experimented after narrowing down the potential culprits and our water is now back to normal… plus they knocked out 2 other smaller projects while here as well. Professional, friendly, and most of all EFFECTIVE. Fully recommend Top Gun!

I found a small leak in our laundry room washing machine drainpipe and had to remove a small ant nest and replace a section of the bottom plate. I also found the shutoff valves leaked as well. Topgun Plumbing did a great job fixing the leaking ABS pipe and the shutoff valves.

We needed a main water regulator and valve replaced. The first bid was ridiculously high so we had to pay the despatch fee $100 and let them go. But Top Gun gave us a rough estimate online and on the phone. Eric came right away, fixed the problem at the original quote so there was no surprise at all. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend them.
