Drew was very efficient in figuring out how to repair old plumbing with the least amount of expense and inconvenience to us. He was very helpful in the way he explained things in detail so that I would understand. He patiently talked through a few options so that I could make an informed decision. He carefully described what it means to be a Simpson member… Such a deal! Once again, I am so impressed with the customer service at Simpson Plumbing.

Our aging water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. Alex came out the same day I called. He produced two estimates on site. We approved one estimate and were scheduled for installation two days later. Wendy and Andrea were prompt confirming technician arrival times. Adam and Arcey spent the day removing our old heater and installing our new tankless heater. They were pleasant, fun to work with and knew the heater they installed.
