The team at king plumbing is incredible and here is why they always get my business: 1. Julie communicates incredibly either via email or phone. She always follows up! 2. I've used the squad for 2 different projects, working with different plumbers. Both plumbers call in advance to advise when they would be arriving, arriving when they said they would arrive and crushed the projects quicker than expected 3. when you add in fair prices to the above, it's a no brainer to use King Plumbing! Even when I have projects that don't initially need their help they ALWAYs provide guidance, recommendations and questions to ask! They've got my return business!

Josh and the others at King Plumbing are fantastic. We've hired them several times and their work is great, plus they're very nice to work with in every way. Absolutely without a doubt the best plumbers we've come across.

My coworker recommended King Plumbing and I had a great experience working with them! The shower handle and faucet in my condo apartment were leaking. I originally intended to replace all of the hardware while fixing them at the same time, so I contacted King Plumbing and around 10 other Seattle plumbers to ask for estimates. King Plumbing was THE ONLY plumber who replied with a detailed and transparent estimate about how much the work and parts might cost! Every other plumber wanted to charge me $35-150 just to come out and look at my condo (of course the fee would be "waived" if I chose to hire them, and I'd lose the money if I didn't). After a while, I realized that my dreams of replacing all of my shower hardware would be out of my budget. I contacted King Plumbing again and they suggested just replacing the cartridge in the shower handle for much, much cheaper. Julie, the wife and office manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to recommending parts and the work that could be done. I really appreciated her quick responses via email and her transparent pricing for the different types of work I could have done. Two guys came out to my condo this morning and quickly fixed the shower handle. When it looked like the faucet was still leaking and needed to be replaced, they ran back out to their truck and brought in a matching replacement faucet that they luckily had on hand. They installed that with no problem, and only charged me an extra $20 for the part and installation, instead of nickel-and-diming me for the extra work. The total came out to more than $200 less than the quote I got from one of their competitors. Thank you, King Plumbing! I'll be recommending you if any of my neighbors need work done!

Outstanding service, work and very ethical. Had a slip up on communication but Josh fixed it all. Installed this beautiful tub! He is the best plumber I have ever worked with.

Josh did an excellent job installing a kitchen faucet for me. He even went out of his way to make sure I got the right plug to match my faucet. I prefer going with a smaller company than the big guys. I think I get better, more personal service and I don't have to buy all the overhead for the big companies.

King Plumbing recently installed a new toilet for us and repaired some broken shower hardware. King Plumbing was upfront about the pricing, gave a great recommendation for hardware, and did the job quickly and professionally. I would use King Plumbing again.

King Plumbing is amazing to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone. They’re very committed to ensuring they address your concerns. They communicative clearly and transparently from appointment booking to outlining fix options and pricing. I’ve had to do a lot of work my home this past year and they are the only company that I don’t dread needing to call when something new comes up because I trust them and their work.

Can not recommend highly enough. Josh arrived a little early, which was great. When I had called to make the appointment, King Plumbing asked me to send them photos of the problems I was having. I was able to discuss what we were seeing over the phone, so that they knew exactly what type of parts to bring. In addition, Josh brought some additional parts just in case, which we actually needed for one of the toilets having issues. Josh also cleaned out the inside of the toilet tanks to remove the sediment that had been collecting for 18 years. They looked like new inside. I liked that we discussed whether certain work should be done or not. I felt like I got an honest reponse. I also though the total charge was very reasonable for the work done. The other thing I liked is how Josh respected my home. He asked if he should remove his shoes and was careful where he walked. I would definitely hire King Plumbing again if I have a plumbing issue.
