The tech who scoped my line during our yearly maintenance found a blockage in the pipe that goes to my drain field. He used new technology to find the problem. Great job! Michael and Alexis came out to fix the problem, they showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company!

Sewer Friendly lives up to its name! From the beginning, Josseth, the tech who provided the initial scope, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He invited me to review the footage as he identified the problem areas and thoroughly outlined his proposed solution. The next day, Caleb followed up with me to talk through the estimate - answering all my questions and even providing a sketch of the project. I solicited three bids and Sewer Friendly came in with the lowest price! If you appreciate customer service, you'll find it with this team.

It was a delight working with the whole team at Sewer Friendly! I so appreciated Caleb's candor and transparency when I first called to ask for a second opinion on our sewer main line, how quickly Josseth and Jeff came out to inspect and give me their second opinion, and that they happily returned a few days later to meet me in person to talk through the job, so that I had the right expectations. And then I was so delighted with how incredibly thoughtful the team was, how tidy and secure Tamel and Josseth left the job site on the first day, and how careful they were with our property. They even sprinkled spruce needles over the top of where they did the repair, to make it look like nothing ever happened. How thoughtful is that??? Highly recommended.

I should have written this 4 years ago, but it got lost in the shuffle of daily life. We contacted Sewer Friendly on a job where our sewer pipe actually popped out and began leaking underground. Sewer friendly came in and dug out the area with the offending pipe and fixed it really well. In retrospect, maybe the 4 year gap has been good since we haven't had any issues since. In case yo were wondering about the longevity of their work. Jamie helped us through the whole process. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and 1 long overdue review!

So glad we decided to go with Sewer Friendly to replace our aging sewer line. Elliot and Jesus work was so impressive that the city inspector told us that we were incredibly lucky to have such top notch work. Nice to hear from someone who knows what good work looks like! On top of that, Elliot and Jesus were professional in their communication throughout the project.

Very happy thus far with the 50ft Bluelight liner installation. Bluelight liner is cured faster using UV light heating. I had contacted 3 other companies and this was the only 1 of 4 contacts whom use the UV technology and affordable. Antonio, Gabriel y Jesus showed me the inner tube after installation with their video screen and it the tube was smooth, round and no open joints. Bluelight is also more affordable than PermaLink water based curing because UV is faster to cure and because SF do more liner projects than plumbing companies whom subcontract their work. Lesson learned go with a sewer company like SF; not a plumber for a liner.
