Five star experience! Normally I don't relish calling a plumber, just like I don't relish going to the dentist or scratching my fingernails on a chalkboard. Contrary to my expectation, Aaron Grant from All Pro Plumbing NW did a wonderful job. Water was dripping down through the garage ceiling, coming from somewhere in the house. Aaron looked at the situation and explained the options in crystal-clear language. He made sure I fully understood the steps that needed to be taken, the options, and the risks. I really appreciate his no-BS communication style. Thanks!

All Pro Plumbing has and outstanding process from their intial call to the post appointment visit. Aaron arrived very shortly after I scheduled the appointment to assess the water damage in my house and presented a couple solutions where I chose the less invasive method. We're still troubleshooting the issue, but I am thoroughly impressed by their service.
