I give Carlos a 5 Star Review! He was knowledgeable, kind and patient..we had a blockage in the pipes at the Alderwood Mall. He was able to track where it was coming from and it ended up being from the outside. He had to even call his company for the hydrojet. It was a long extensive job. He was with me for over 5hrs. Carlos is amazing. Best plumber that I’ve ever done business with. Apollo Plumbing is amazing. I’ll always call them first! Nice work Carlos!

Had a leak that was not at a great time as we are going to be out of state. Ramiro was so kind, courtesy and respectful! He explained the options that we could do and instead of opting for a right now fix he helped us understand the big picture. He didn’t pressure us to do the big expensive cost. Ramiro was amazing! The dispatch I spoke with was also kind and assuring that they could and would be out today and do the best to fix the problem today. Unfortunately, the way our pipes are, it is not a today fix and we are still happy with the results of our appointment today. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been super stressed about the clog in our pipes and gave Apollo Plumbing a call, and was nervous about a stranger coming to the house to help. Geoff O arrived early and was very helpful and informative. He made the process comfortable and was understanding of my weird living situation. I knew he was being direct and honest about outcomes and pricing, which is always appreciated. I will definitely be giving them a call for any future issues! EDIT: This company was so helpful I need to edit my review! Geoff actually had to come back later that day and work into the night to try and resolve our issues. The person on the phone, Casey, had to hear from me multiple times and was always super nice and understanding. We all really appreciate them helping us and taking the time to get everything resolved as quickly as possible!

I had a terrible experience with Apollo Plumbing. They charged me $900 and still didn’t solve my plumbing issue. On top of that, I was left without a working toilet for five hours, only for them to tell me it would cost another $600 just to remove it! Completely unreasonable pricing. To make matters worse, they scratched up my walls and molding, didn’t bother to clean up after themselves, and showed zero accountability for the mess they left behind. I expected professional service, but instead, I got overcharged for incomplete work and careless damage to my home. Avoid this company at all costs!

Yesterday,we had to call Apollo due to a leaking pipe in our shower stall wall, and also at the same time,had them replace the shower valve and bath water spout. Apollo sent Geoff to take care of said issues,and he was amazing!! He was fast,efficient,and most importantly,had such great customer service. It's important when you have to call out for a technician that has to come into your sanctuary,that you can instantly feel comfortable and at ease about your choice in who you call; this is the way I feel EVERYTIME I call Apollo. I would recommend them to everyone I know,and I have. Geoff was wonderful,and fixed our issue with a smile and empowered us with all pertinent information we would need going forward. Thank you Apollo,and thank you Geoff!

It's no fun when you find your hot water tank leaking steadily at 2 in the morning. But we called Apollo Plumbing, and Carlos came out first thing in the morning. He went through our options with us, was extremely friendly and professional, and let us chat about how best to move forward. We are now the proud owners of a brand new hot water tank! Not a cost we were planning to take on, but Apollo Plumbing and Carlos definitely made it easier!

Geoff was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was one of those surprise plumbing repairs that a homeowner is never expecting but he made it painless. This is our 2nd experience with Apollo Plumbing. This is a great company to work with. Each person we have had the privilege of working with is incredible.

Sheldon was very polite and professional, his attention to detail and cleanliness was on point. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his job and his work. I will definitely recommend and use Apollo plumbing in the future.
