Super honest company. I had two other companies refuse to even service my tankless water heater, saying it was too old and instead offering me a quote on replacing it. This didn’t seem correct to me. When Danika came out, they serviced it, said it likely has a couple more years left and there is no reason to replace it. They gained a customer with me. On top of the honestly the technician was just human, which is so rare but definitely appreciated.

I cannot recommend Danika Plumbing highly enough! Mike and the team were phenomenal. They initially came out for an investigation and quickly identified that more intensive work was required. Instead of making me wait, they immediately sourced an excavator and stayed late to complete the job—all in one day! Their dedication and professionalism were truly impressive. I am so impressed with Danika Plumbing! I initially found them through the Thumbtack app, where they were highly rated, and I was happy to find someone willing to come out to a condominium in a busy part of town on short notice. Jeremy came out to survey the situation and give an estimate. The estimate prices for each aspect of a job are pre-determined and pre-loaded into his work tablet, so everything is very clear and easy to understand once you see the estimate. I found the prices to be a bit high, but you get what you pay for with quality plumbing work by a licensed and bonded professional organization, and it IS difficult to find people who go to condos because of the extra hassles of limited parking, elevators, HOAs etc. Jeremy completed the work the other day and I couldn’t be happier. He is a smart professional, with excellent instincts and people skills. There’s no bull, just honest work and an easy-going nature that is so refreshing. Leif assisted him, and they were a pleasure to have around. They replaced my water heater, as well as two shutoff valves that were not functioning, and Jeremy promptly returned when we realized there was a small leak from one of the valves which just needed an extra turn, as well as helping with a silly misunderstanding about how shower heads work. He’s a great educator. I highly recommend Danika. The whole process was a breeze from the helpful staff scheduling appointments, the text updates when technicians were in their way, to the prompt arrivals and timely completion of work. I will definitely call on them again if I need plumbing work.

Mike did an outstanding job removing and installing a new water heater. He did such a great job with the water heater that I hired Mike to remove and install a new kitchen sink with faucet, garage disposal and all new plumbing under sink. The installation took longer than expected but Mike and his apprentice stayed late to finish the job with the attention to detail and quality that I expected. Mike at Danika plumbing is now added to my contacts as my go to plumber.

Bass has come saved us twice now, once for an outdoor faucet that was leaking and then for a water heater replacement. Professional, quality work and he was super chill about my kids asking him a million questions. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
