Rudy's plumbing was paid in full to install 3 hose bibs. Work was left unfinished. Numerous calls and texts with no response from them. Only time I got ahold of them was when I used a different number. Said they would come out to finish up on a few days. Never showed and stopped answering to calls from the other number as well. Just further goes to show the kind of underhanded practices they employ.

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.
