I had a crack in the tank of my toilet… not sure what happened but it needed a quick repair. I called Beacon Plumbing and got Robert and Bobby to come fix the issue in a quick and professional manner. They were able to show up within a few hours and they fixed the toilet within an hour. I hope I don’t have another plumbing issue soon, but if I do- Beacon did a great job! They even helped bring a heavy toilet upstairs and took the broken one out for me. Highly recommend.

Tony and Vickor were absolutely awesome. Super professional and efficient. We had a duct come off of its vent because the supports that held it in place broke. They fixed the issue and the cause of the problem. We had them go ahead and do all of the ducts so this wouldn't happen again. This is not the 1st time we have used Beacon, and won't be the last. I highly recommend Jimmy and Stanford - they arrived at 2am when we found our basement flooded from our outdoor storm drain being backed up. They snaked, camera and found it was being blocked by roots. Came back to ensure we had a back up sump pump and fixed the issue by opening up the pipe and removing the rootball. Very communicative and responsive along the way. Jimmy answered all our questions throughout the process. Thank you!!

We had a small gas leak and called Beacon plumbing, they were out within 40 minutes or less. Nate and Riley were both awesome guys. They were super knowledgeable, gave me a fair price and had it fixed in no time. Felt like I just called a couple buddies in the industry who came over to help me out. Overall great experience would highly recommend!

Had a massive leak under our sink late last night. Good thing I was standing nearby when it happened or it would have been catastrophic. I turned off the water, wiped up the mess, and called Beacon Plumbing to make an appt for the morning. They sent Steve Perkins who showed up first thing in the morning, quickly assessed the problem, and gave me an estimate. Then he went to work and quickly made a repair. Can't say enough about his expertise and efficiency in solving our problem. He was awesome, he was thorough, and he helped me understand how these problems develop so I can head them off in the future. I can't recommend him enough and will use him again. I don't know his assistants name or I would praise him as well. Very well done.

After all this cold weather, one of the faucets along the driveway was leaking badly. Called Beacon - Kent and they were at my place in less than an hour (on a Sunday). Showed them the issue. They provided a couple of options. Went with best long-term option. Cost a bit more but worth it. They went to work and fixed it quickly. No more leaks! The tech - Gato, was very enjoyable to be around, positive, knowledgeable and efficient. I only hire Beacon Plumbing nowadays. Tried a number of other plumbing businesses and just was not satisfied. Beacon Plumbing is one of a few plumbers locally owned and operated. Support your local small businesses. Hey, plumbers are expensive. We all know that. But working with Gato made it easier to part with my money.

Ray and Rodney came out to my home for an emergency electrical issue. Upon their arrival, they were friendly and respectful. They greeted my kids and got straight to work. They were kind and informative, hardworking and personable. I appreciated how they treated my family and even stopped to give my animals some love. Energy goes a long way these days. Thank you Ray and Rodney for taking care of us. I will specifically be calling these two for any future needs.
