Brush Heating and Plumbing

New ownership for this company is disappointing.. I called today and asked if they would make a 5 minute call to order me a new part. And they said they would have to charge me $189 for one of their techs to make the call. I think that’s ludicrous. I won’t be using them again. I referred 4 friends to this company over the past 12 months but will not be referring friends and family to a different hvac. New ownership clearly doesn’t care about retaining old customers.

They were recommended to me by a very picky friend who I trust completely. Great communication and customer service. Honestly I was so comfortable and confident in them, I didn't even get other estimates. So glad I chose them. The install was great and James even came by after the electricians did their work just to make sure it was all good. I feel like I found a great partner for maintenance and future needs.

Cody and his team did a great job. He took his time to advise us on the best option for our home. They were courteous, professional, and clean. They finished the installation within a week of first contact. I would hire these guys again without hesitation. Best of all, they left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Please hire local when you can.

Cody was great to work with. He came by twice to determine exactly what our house needed. He was very thorough and professional and knowledgeable. he was very reaching by email and text, no matter what time of the day. His prices were very reasonable. The day of install went flawlessly. They were efficient and clean and finished a day early. Since having the mitsubishi mini-splits installed, our formal living room and main bedrooms are so much more comfortable. We are extremely grateful for Cody and his team. We would absolutely use them again and would refer and of our friends and family to use them. Could not be more pleases with brush heating. 5 stars!!!

I'm so glad we chose Brush Heating and Cooling to install the mini-split A.C system in our home! Cody and his crew were super responsive, answered all my questions with no problem, responding quickly when I had more questions. HIs crew was very respectful of our home, and all of them were very friendly. I am very happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Brush Heating and Cooling!

The reviews you see here are spot on. Brush is a solid, reliable, transparent business. My hat is off to Cody and Jared who came in and installed a new furnace and heat pump. While testing and figuring out that the airflow in the existing vents was not ideal, they went the extra mile and saw an opportunity to fix some deficiencies of the ductwork. I felt they cared about me as a customer and my satisfaction. Honestly, a superb experience. We tried other businesses previously for maintenance requests and quotes, but between the lack of timely responses or their sales pressure, they are inferior to Brush. Cody and his team are super responsive and quite sharp in their skills. They corrected setup problems that other competing technicians didn't notice (or perhaps didn't care to fix.) Overall I recommend Brush because of their exceptional quality and customer interaction. I felt well taken care of and they will be my go-to for regular maintenance and any imponderables.

Can’t speak highly enough of my experience working with Cody. Had a bit of a unique situation at my property and he was able to walk me through every question I had with detailed and easy-to-understand explanations. Refreshing to get straight answers from someone who clearly knew the industry. His expertise combined with a willingness to go the extra mile really makes a difference. Would recommend Brush to anyone, you’re in good hands.

Cody completed two of our projects and also replace the furnace on my home & he does an excellent job . He is also Very professional, Responsive & on time. I highly recommend this company!
