We couldn't be happier! I shopped around and we could've paid just a bit less and with others a lot more! But we believe in you get what you pay for. Our home is an accomplishment; the biggest investment in our lives, so we treat as such. Dear Services understood this about us, and they provided exactly what our home and family deserve. I really appreciate the attention and professionalism from the very 1st call with their kind customer service to their hard working Techs. They made sure everything was done right and clean. We are very satisfied and grateful. They came in the clutch for us right before the winter really kicked in. As a family, we highly recommend Dear Services. Thank you, Roberta and David. You guys have an awesome team!

**Terrible Service and Exploitative Practices - Avoid This Company at All Costs** I cannot express how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with this company. My elderly uncle, a 74-year-old Vietnam War veteran who is 100% service-connected disabled, hired this company to install four blower heaters in his home. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward service quickly turned into an exploitation of a vulnerable man in grief. My uncle had recently lost the last of his immediate family members and was struggling with both health and memory issues. Despite this, he purchased the heaters and arranged for installation, trusting that the company would provide the necessary help. Instead, the workers they sent out took full advantage of his situation. The installation was poorly done, and the workmanship was subpar at best. To make matters worse, the company and their representatives aggressively harassed my uncle for immediate payment, even though he was grieving and clearly not in a position to handle such stress. They sent him paperwork demanding payment, causing further distress. This company not only failed to perform the work properly, but they also took $5,000 from a man living on a fixed income. This is not just poor business practice β itβs a complete violation of trust and ethics. I am disgusted by their actions and will be seeking legal advice to address this issue. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. They prey on vulnerable individuals and take advantage of people who are least able to protect themselves. I hope that no one else has to go through the kind of stress and heartbreak my uncle has experienced because of this company.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. I feel DS takes advantage of people in difficult situations. I had a sewer issue that became very costly ($48,000.00) and unnecesary due to what in my opinion was inexperienced so called technicians and the need to make more work and run up the charges. What was supposed to be a 5 day project took 2 months. In hindsight this could have been taken care of on day 1 if the tech had only listend to my suggestiion of running his rooter from the far end of the house. VERY POOR COMMUNICATORS. OFTEN MISSED SCHEDULED WORK DAYS DELAYING THE PROJECT. NEVER AGAIN!!

Update on 3/5/24: Kyle came by yesterday. I had a 12 to 4 pm arrival window. He came around 4:40pm. Was almost late for my next event. Glad they finally fixed it. Their 4 hour window is bad of you ever have issues with their installs and they have to fix anything. Took them about 3 weeks to come back out and fix the issue. Good thing my furnace wasn't broken! Kyle was great and very thorough in full system inspection with pictures and measurements. But, he left a mess and did not fix the holes in my system. I left message with the Dear front office lady and no response. Responded to the quote with no response either.

Tyler provided positive, professional, proactive, and punctual service in troubleshooting an electrical issue deep in the controls cabinet of my furnace unit. He put in the late afternoon hours to ensure the job got done same-day. The quote from the company felt high, but the expedient quality and exceptional service I received made it a fair bargain.
