I live in a condo and they were intimately familiar and knowledgeable about the nuances of HOAs and how to shut off water in shared residences like my building. Great services by Yama and Shamim!! Got a clog in kitchen sink for couple of days and tried snake with my 25 feet auger, didn’t work. Called Shamim at night, Yama showed up 10AM on time, tried 100 feel snake as best efforts and finally the hydro jet, full of grease but finally get it working!! Thank you Kirkland rooter for saving my day!!!!

I called Kirkland Rooter as a last minute emergency, it was after hours and my water heater gave out and was leaking and flooding my garage! I was able to booked with them same day and within an hour they had arrived gave a good quote and got the job done! Highly recommend!

We received a possible leak notice from our utility bill and contacted Kirkland Rooter. They came the same day and found the leak and had it replaced and fixed in just over 4 hours. They evenly covered the dig site and it looks as if it wasn't ever disturbed. They were transparent about the issue and kept us in the loop the entire repair and sent us photos as they worked. They were very respectful and kind. I highly recommend Shamim and his team!

Management/ scheduling mishap: I scheduled an inspection / assessment for a few plumbing issues with my parent’s house. Every business I’ve worked with has a cost estimate, but do an initial inspection before conducting any work and then give you the final price based on their recommendation. The worker showed up wanting to conduct the work immediately and had little interest in looking over the concerned area’s. He reluctantly followed me to look at the areas and gave brief comments on the items, but there was no real conversation. The house is a fixer upper, so I had other construction exerts coming over to assess different areas. I was not prepared to have any work done on the spot. The worker was upset because he showed up expecting to work, he felt that he showed up for nothing. He left and then said to never call again. There was clearly some disconnect between management and the worker because I scheduled an inspection. Regardless the worker was not very professional and wanted to rush into it. Perhaps i’m dodging a bullet here. Edit: it was 3 stars, but changed it to 1 after the owner replied that he has no idea who I am. The worker interaction and owner reaction has scam vibes all over it.
