1/25/2025 Update! My 2 year old Rheem water heater gas valve decided to croak on a Friday morning. It was going to take 2 weeks to ship me a new one and no local companies had one. Frank and Luca were awesome at advising me on the warranty process and ran down to pick up the replacement WH and got it installed before dinner! Once again excellent customer service, professionalism, honesty and follow through. Thank you RooterPal! My wife/life is happy again! ——————- Luca and Frank were prompt and showed up on time. They aren’t the cheapest but weren’t the most expensive either. I had them install a utility sink in the garage and had them add a spigot to the outside of the garage. They did great work, great clean up and accommodated my schedule. Plus they offer a 1 year warranty on their work. Thanks guys!

Rooter-Pal fixed my kitchen sink leak and installed a new faucet quickly, courteously and professionally. Not only that, it noticed and fixed another leak near my hot water heater that I would have never noticed myself. It made helpful suggestions too, all of which I took, and even tightened my rattling garbage disposal. I got a lot of value from Rooter-Pal and will definitely reach out to it again if the need arises.

We had great experiences with Frank and his team! They did a great job helping us replace old house waterline, and helping us with dash washer leakage issue. They are incredible! I had a copper pipe pinhole leak damaging my walls, leaky shower drain, and leaky shower hot cold valve area. I scheduled service online after the remediation company opened up the walls for drying for 10 minutes later, a normally ridiculous request. In about 10 minutes, Frank called me to confirm and said he was on his way! I was afraid a lot of removal of floors and shower would have to happen. But, Frank cut through the wood from the bottom to make things accessible and fixed all three problems with minimal impact in only 2 hours from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Wow! Frank has saved the day and made us all much more relieved.

Frank & Lucca are great. I've had one big job done by them and one smaller. Super friendly. Super prompt. They always explain everything clearly. Very reasonable on pricing.

We had storm drains from gutters and downspouts that were clogged. Another company had failed to clear them. Frank and Luca came within 30 minutes of when I called them, found and cleared the blockage and made a repair to the drainage pipe. They were efficient, polite and cleaned up all the work sites. Highly recommend.
