Honest, knowledgeable and professional. Vinny came over to assess my issue with low pressure in 2 of my sinks. He showed me and explained to me how I could fix it myself and even brought in the 3/8 connector tube I would need so I could take a picture of it. I replaced my faucet myself the next day and bam, works like a charm. A large chain company would have told me to replace my entire plumbing for 15K. Consultation was $60. New faucet was $100. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

These guys plumbed a laundry closet in my home and did an outstanding job. As with most laundry closets, space was tight, and I was unsure if they would be able to fit the drain and water lines into the space while leaving room for the dryer vent and the electrical. Vinny came up with a solution that worked perfectly, and I am very happy with the end result: the work is clean and shows attention to detail, and the guys were professional and left a clean jobsite behind them. I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe under my house flooding the foundation, within 2 hours of calling Vinny was under there diagnosing the problem. 3 hours later I was handing him a check. Vinny and Brandon arrived at 8 AM, ready to start work. They wore covers on their boots, and kept everything clean. Vinny explained what had happened to my toilet and offered three levels of repair. I decided to replace it with a new one. They went and picked up the new one, removed the old toilet, and cleaned everything up by lunch time. A failing water heater at my rental, made me look at Google reviews & ratings. They are located close to my property and could fit me in fit me in 4 days out (2 days + the weekend). The 2 negatives: 1) despite all the info and photos provided it required a physical inspection, 2) unless you travel to their location to pay by check for the 50% deposit expect another 3.5% card fee. However the plumber sent did a terrific install, clean and efficient.

We've been extremely impressed with Vinny and Vinny Boy's Plumbing. Thus far, we've had Vinny Boy's repair a shower that was not water-tight, install a circulation pump to get hot water to all areas of the property faster and install a "tank booster" designed to increase the amount of available hot water. Vinny is extremely responsive, professional and a pleasure to do business with. We will continue to use Vinny and this company for current and future plumbing related needs. Well done!
