Henry and Devin get 10 stars. They were fantastic. Very courteous and professional. Only one small criticism about company billing policy. We had a blocked secondary drainage line. Two options to fix. The first was $700 to punch through and clear the blockage, but was told that it possibly wouldn’t work. The second option was to hydro-jet which would for sure work, but costs $1,700 (an extra $1,000). That’s fine, but I was told if I chose the $700 option and it didn’t work, they could proceed to the hydro-jet, but I would be charged for both services, not just the one that worked. That seems patently unfair. Company billing policies should create value for your customer, not scare them into a more expensive, though possibly not needed, option. I should’ve been allowed to try the $700 option and if it truly didn’t work, then we upgrade to the $1,700 option, but only have to pay for that one. Can you imagine going to a restaurant, ordering a meal, only to have the staff say the chef can’t cook that, but since you ordered it you still have to pay for it? It just doesn’t make sense. They did great work, and were very friendly. But you didn’t gain a repeat customer because it doesn’t seem you truly have my best interest as top priority.

Apollo plumbing is amazing. We worked with Zac, and will now only ask for him! He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and prioritized getting our emergency situation repaired. During a big fix, he and Devin came and repaired some piping and they both were amazing, they were courteous and professional and Devin was also so sweet with my daughter. So amazing to find a service where the people are both knowledgeable and kind!

This was my first experience with Apollo Plumbing and I would certainly use them again! Our plumber Josh was friendly, thorough and professional! He and his assistant did careful work and were willing to explain things and answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

Felt like Christmas today, after Josh replaced the water pipe under my home and installed my new toilet! Whole process took a little over an hour. In spite of it being freezing cold, he was positive and so friendly about the task at hand, sharing that he loves his job. This was very apparent. Bravo Josh and Apollo team!!

I received excellent service for fixing the sink in my bathroom. Josh was very informative and went the extra mile to provide me with the information about why the sink was having its issue and how to remedy it in the future. I would recommend Apollo Plumbing and especially Josh for doing an outstanding job for any of my friends and family plumbing needs.

Had Jason from Apollo Plumbing out to replace our worn out and leaking garbage disposal. Very pleased with the final results and the professionalism showed throughout the service call. Jason was pleasant to work with and extremely informative as we fully inspected every water source in the house. Happy to recommend Jason and Apollo Plumbing to others with plumbing needs.

Needed some updates to plumbing completed and Apollo was able to make this happen immediately. We have always had great service and availability from Apollo, and Josh was as great as all of the other employees. Friendly, professional, courteous, everything was great.

Sheldon is AMAZING! Super professional,friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and was patient with my many questions. My garbage disposal was jammed and he fixed it so fast! And talked me through a new dishwasher installation. 10 outta 10 recommend! Thank you Sheldon. Thank you Apollo
