Henry and Devin get 10 stars. They were fantastic. Very courteous and professional. Only one small criticism about company billing policy. We had a blocked secondary drainage line. Two options to fix. The first was $700 to punch through and clear the blockage, but was told that it possibly wouldn’t work. The second option was to hydro-jet which would for sure work, but costs $1,700 (an extra $1,000). That’s fine, but I was told if I chose the $700 option and it didn’t work, they could proceed to the hydro-jet, but I would be charged for both services, not just the one that worked. That seems patently unfair. Company billing policies should create value for your customer, not scare them into a more expensive, though possibly not needed, option. I should’ve been allowed to try the $700 option and if it truly didn’t work, then we upgrade to the $1,700 option, but only have to pay for that one. Can you imagine going to a restaurant, ordering a meal, only to have the staff say the chef can’t cook that, but since you ordered it you still have to pay for it? It just doesn’t make sense. They did great work, and were very friendly. But you didn’t gain a repeat customer because it doesn’t seem you truly have my best interest as top priority.

Apollo plumbing is amazing. We worked with Zac, and will now only ask for him! He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and prioritized getting our emergency situation repaired. During a big fix, he and Devin came and repaired some piping and they both were amazing, they were courteous and professional and Devin was also so sweet with my daughter. So amazing to find a service where the people are both knowledgeable and kind!
