I initially had a frustrating experience with BelRed, and I took the time to share my concerns in detail to help others avoid similar issues. However, I’m updating my review because BelRed has fully addressed every single one of my concerns—and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making things right. UPDATE: A Complete Turnaround! After my initial review, BelRed reached out and took full ownership of the situation. They acknowledged the miscommunications, thoroughly investigated the discrepancies, and worked tirelessly to correct the issues. They replaced the air filtration system with the exact top-of-the-line model I was originally sold, ensured all promised features were included, and even went above and beyond in making sure my HVAC system was performing at its best. The customer service has been completely transformed—scheduling was smooth, communication was prompt, and I no longer had to chase down updates. The office team was responsive and proactive, ensuring that all concerns were not just heard but acted upon. The technicians remained outstanding throughout the process, and with the improvements to the office and management side, my experience with BelRed is now what I had originally hoped for. I’m bumping this review to 5 stars because of their commitment to making things right and showing that they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to see a company take this level of accountability, and they’ve earned my respect. Highly recommended!

Paul Camera was fantastic! It was great to see him coming down my snowy street this morning. We’ve been without heat for 4 days now. Paul thoroughly looked over my furnace. Educated me on its age. Diagnosed a corroded sensor. And educated me on my options of repair vs replace. Set me up with an appointment this afternoon to walk through my options for a new furnace and heat pump

We had contacted BelRed in order to update our lighting throughout our house using modern recessed cans, updated fixtures, and new dimmer switches that were wifi compatible. After accepting their bid, they sent out Rodolfo Perez to do the work across the three days. It is impossible to convey how good Rodolfo was at his job. He worked hard and long hours. He somehow is able to both be a perfectionist as well as quick and efficient. He respected our homes and our children as we traipsed through his working area going on with our lives. He is extremely friendly and communicated openly about other areas of improvement he saw in our house, quickly providing a well explained estimate for what that would do. He left our house spotless at the end of every day like he had never been there. He explained everything to us without ever once being condescending. He effortlessly did the upgrades while also improving some of our wiring issues we've had over the years. (On top of that, he treated his apprentices well). Great, great work and I can't recommend him enough. BelRed has a real asset in Rodolfo. He's the kind of guy you could build an entire company around and if we ever need any work to be done, he's the first guy I'm looking up to come do it.

Service: We recently had our 5 month old furnace serviced for pressure errors. BelRed Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical serviceman Kyle Giddens was prompt, on time and explained issue (found new settings issues too). Found solution and provided prompt follow-up and fix. Excellent service results.

Did a great job installing a replacement heat pump. Several unexpected twists that were not their fault but they recovered quickly and professionally. Very pleasant install staff that walked me through all stages of the procedure. Excellent pre-visit and post visit communications. Ask for Evan, Caleb and Chase. A+ would definitely use them again.

Quick and courteous service. They came the next day which was great when my heat furnace stopped working. However, you have to price shop with them. I was quoted close to $2k which seemed really high. I called couple of other places for same repairs and they quoted little less than half. They did match the price when I shared the other quotes and quickly completed the repairs. I would have given 5* if it wasn’t for this massive repair cost discrepancy.

I recently purchased heating and cooling with BelRed heating and cooling. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Francisco was very informative and gave us the exact heating and cooling solution our home needed to keep us at the right temperature at all times. Once I signed up for the installation the crew came and installed it exactly as it was discussed. Chase, Stephen and the crew that came along with them covered end to end on the install making it seamless for me. I highly recommend them for heating and cooling system solutions to keep your home warm and cold at the right temperature all year round.

When our 12 year old York furnace failed, leaving us without heat on the coldest week of the winter, we called BelRed. They sent a comfort counselor the very next day. Amanda inspected the entire HVAC system, ran a BTU capacity estimate for the house, discussed various options with us and put together a competitive proposal before leaving, with the promise that BelRed will install the furnace the next day. This was amazingly fast and showed that they really care about their customer. I want to give a big shout out to Caleb, Brandon and Chase for the exceptional work they've done installing the new furnace. They were knowledgeable and highly professional. They finished the installation on time and went out of their way to make sure everything was properly set up. I highly recommend the services of BelRed.
