Quick turn-around on a garbage disposal repair turned replacement. Prescott was on-time, explained every option and cost in a thoughtful manner and completed the work quickly and cleanly. At every interaction it was clear Prescott cared about the customer’s experience and that the fully understood what work was necessary and what all of their options were. Would highly recommend.

He fixed the issue and gave us advice on ways to avoid the issue in the future and went above and beyond to help us. Overall great experience and will be using them again

All crew members were personable, worked quickly and did an excellent job. The lead manager described each job in detail and calculated the costs to the customer’s understanding prior to getting the customer’s authorization before beginning the job. The plumbing tasks involved major repairs to different areas of the house. The.step-by-step updates provided along the way were invaluable in making this customer feel most informed and comfortable about all the work being done. The challenges in some of the plumbing issues that arose were resolved by the creative insights by the well-learned crew. I feel like my house got a new “plumbing” lease on life! I had a great experience with ARS Resue Rooter who repaired my plumbing leak in the main water supply line from the meter to my home. They detected the location of the leak and recommended solutions for my problem and resolved this quickly. John, Dantae,Joseph and Alex were very professional, friendly and did a great job. I'll be considering them for any future plumbing needs.

Our water main burst and we could either repair or replace. We took the replace option. Everyone was friendly and helpful and responsive. John who assessed the issue and gave us a quote to Marcilio (hope I got that correct) to Trey who did the replacement. 3-4-5 items that needed plumbing attention had built up in my home. My son paid a visit and gave me 'a ration' about getting them fixed. I called Rescue Rooter, a company I've always used in the past and had great experiences with. And once again they hit it out of the park. The plumber's name is Giovanni (tip: request him - he's awesome, and fair) and he diagnosed and repaired everything! No muss, no fuss. And one of the items, a problem kitchen hot water flow issue, had been tackled by other plumbers with zero success. The price was very fair, the work was done well and faster than I expected and Giovanni was great. Go them.

Cody was awesome! The team was great and would call every hour to let me know the update on my technician. When Cody arrived he assessed my drain and knew just what the issue was. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. I’ll happily call Rescue Rooter again if I need them.

The office let me know when to expect the plumber. He was very professional and quicky fixed the issue. I would most certainly use Rescue Rooter again. The price was also wonderful. I was extremely pleased.
