I am the sewer specialist with Bowers plumbing and can say that we strive to get your sewer problems gone stress free and in a timely manner, anything from simple sewer inspections, spot repairs, trenchless system installs, pipe bursts and full sewer replacments, were your one stop shop! I enjoy the sewer side of plumbing most, the outdoors part... 🤣 Bowers plumbing is a great place to work and to have work done from. Bowers is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. They sent a plumber out right away when our laundry room water line broke. They kept us notified throughout the whole process and were such a dream team of wonderful and courteous technicians. Hands down recommend for plumbing and remodel needs. Before and after picture. I chose Bowers despite them not having the lowest bid on my project, because I thought I could expect professional and timely work. It turned into a two day project rather than one and they charged me extra, I was understanding and went along with it. I was later told by a bowers plumber that the plumber who did the work was not yet licensed and is no longer with the company. I have been told by other professionals the work was not done correctly and have been told by the city that they installed the wrong size grease trap. When Bowers tried to push the work through city permitting it has been denied—now after waiting two years my project is still not finished and Bowers has all but abandoned it. Two years of paying on a commercial lease for a space I couldn’t use because of their failure to follow through. I was far too patient throughout the whole process, perhaps the squeaky wheel does get the grease? At this point my experience will have to be a cautionary tale for other small businesses.

I had issues with my dishwasher not working and very limited knowledge in diagnosing or handling it. I looked towards Bowers Plumbing based on their proximity, their abundantly positive reviews, and the fact they are a smaller owned business. From the start they were responsive and respectful of my sporadic schedule, even responding after hours. It wasn’t an emergent situation but they set an appointment quickly. The two technicians who came out were respectful, personable, clean (by both appearance and leaving no trace behind), and professional. They were quick and diligent in their work, even triple checking before leaving. They also took the time to educate me on the plumbing system and best practices, to prevent further issue. However to no fault of their own, my issue continued; unfortunately it turned out to not be a plumbing related issue at all, but more of an appliance issue. They offered to help as best they could - troubleshooting over the phone after hours, offering to come back to give it another look. Ultimately, it was decided to look into the appliance instead. The Bowers Plumbing team took care of my needs every step of the way. Despite my frustration with a broken dishwasher, I feel confident in recommending Bowers Plumbing to others as they have proven to be honest, have integrity, be respectful, have professionalism and to take care of their customers. Additionally, they are knowledgeable in their trade.

Thank you to Ivan and Brandonn. What I thought was a simple clog ended up being major work fixing pipes done incorrectly from the previous owner and updating piping from the house to the main line, including installing a clean out. So appreciate your hard work and professionalism.

We had water damage from a leak during Thanksgiving. We originally went through our insurance company and their recommendations. However, it was a big mistake. Before the insurance would commence the repair we had to fix the plumbing. Bowers came out and asked who was doing the drying as it was shotty. They were honest and said they didn't feel comfortable doing the repairs because we would have problems later. They recommended another company to do the drying. It was like night and day. We knew we would probably pay out of pocket but it was worth it. I asked who they recommended for remodel, to our surprise they did it all. They said they were backed up but we were in no rush as long as it was done right. They communicated with us through the entire process, had us pick out supplies ahead of time so when they started there was no delay. And they did it all. I am so pleased with our kitchen that we had them do our floors and bathroom too.

Aerin was the best! We had a pipe burst in our crawl space on a Sunday. He was able to come help right away. He gave us options, explained the situation, and really made us feel like we were in good hands during our plumbing disaster. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Joe Bowers and his team at Bowers Plumbing and Remodel were amazing! We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and they fixed it in no time. They explained exactly what the issue was and made sure we understood the repairs needed. The prices were very affordable, and their professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
