Great customer service! Unsure of what to be inspected on my vintage 1967 septic tank without being able to see what lies beneath the sludge layer. Then say I need a baffle and failed my Pierce County Health review to build a garage 100 yards away on the opposite side of my lot! With no water, sewer or power in the shop to still be built. Gotta get a build permit for that but had to check my shitter system first! Thanks Pierce County! 3ft deep test hole? For what? Can see slab location for future garage site, septic way over there, test hole beyond that! Rock on Pierce County, nice work! Looking forward to the rest of this shit show! Flo Hawks is all good! The service from our Tech was great, but the communication from the main office left quite a bit to be desired. We requested service early on a Thursday. The plumber was supposed to be here by 4PM, and at 5:30 we got the call that we would need to reschedule. We agreed and set for Saturday before 12PM. We were told we'd get a confirmation Friday night, then a call on Saturday morning with an arrival time. No call Friday, no call Saturday. I finally called at 11AM Saturday and was told "You're next" in a short, terse call with dispatch. Once the tech arrived, everything went as smoothly as I expected. He was friendly and worked fast to resolve our issue.

A simple quote is all I asked for. When I originally called to get pricing I spoke to Britney. I wanted to know the pricing if we had our tank pumped and inspected vs. just the inspection. She quoted me $636.50 for the pumping and inspection and $171.50 for the inspection alone. Upon inspection, I was charged $379.49. I paid in full and called in again for to Britney answer. I told her the difference in price and she told me I likely spoke to someone in their call center who aren't allowed to give out pricing information. She asked for a moment to listen to the initial call. Upon returning, she told me she was the person who gave me the original quote. She stated that she quoted the price of what the inspection would be if it was part of the pumping, not if it were to be done alone. I feel like they just found a loophole on how to legally take my money. As the only reason I went with them is because I believed they were the cheaper option. I will not be using their services again. Next time I'll be using Hemleys, who had no problem with my simple request to provide two quotes.

I'd used FloHawks before when my tank was overflowing, and they came out right away. This time was routine maintenance, but they still scheduled me quickly & were easy to contact with questions. Sean V. was polite, professional, and informative - I had several questions and he patiently and thoroughly answered every one. Very happy with their service and will continue to use & recommend FloHawks!

FloHawks did a great job. They only shook their heads with a chuckle when they saw my septic tanks were covered in 5" thick 40" wide concrete lids that weighed 500lbs. A true testament to original construction.😂 Then they marvelled at my luck when both tiny tanks in the system in this old house we bought were compacted. All after having to navigate three stories of hillside to get to the tanks. Good thing they were great because it looks like I'll be seeing them almost yearly! Thanks Sean and crew.

Thank you FloHawks and John who came out to my house today. The septic tank pumping service was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some awesome tips for keeping the tank in good shape. I would totally recommend.

We had a great experience with our service man Tracy. He was very informative and was very professional in everything he did.
