Kyle came out to my home to troubleshoot an issue I was having. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy going. It was refreshing having someone to help first and foremost, and that clearly does business the old fashioned way, by leading with honesty and what’s right in the long run. I will call Pristine Plumbing again in the future.

Kyle inspected our new condo after we suspected there were some unseen issues. I'm very thankful he was able to inspect on such short notice, and give us such a good price. He also gave us some good advice and purchasing tips, I'll definitely be calling him again.

I had a puddle of water coming from the wall next to my shower. I was worried it was coming from the drain because the shower is lifted above the concrete floor. I called pristine plumbing because they have done great work for me in the past. Kyle came out and diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be something simple. He told me how to easily fix it and told me it would be no charge. I offered him a couple premium cigars for his trouble. He declined with a smile on his face and off he went. I will definitely be calling Pristine Plumbing for any issues I may have in the future! Thanks Kyle!

We realized that water was pooling around our toilet and pristine plumbing was able to send Kyle out the next day. Kyle was able to assess the situation and let us know the kinds of repairs that were needed. Kyle's knowledge and flexibility helped us get our toilet sorted the same day for what feels like a really fair price for the peace of mind we have.

Kyle came to fix our leaky kitchen faucet which as turned out it needed to be replaced so he promptly got to work to make that happen! I appreciate that he cares about making sure people have what they need and he also gave me some useful information.
