I contacted about five service providers to have my septic "operation and maintenance O&M" inspection done for Pierce County ... of the set, Zoom Drain was the first to reply, communicative, and candid about the process, and their charges. We were promised to get the job done in a few days and they showed up as scheduled. Their prices are competitive and the job was done neatly. Highly recommended ...

Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service.

Jeremy came out to give an estimate on our emergency sewage pump issue and were able to fix everything right on the spot. He is knowledgeable and professional. Great work at a fair price. Jeremy was great! On time, very thorough, figured out issue quickly and price was great! We will definitely use Zoom again. Not often you can call a company and by the next day they were addressing the issue! Highly recommend!

Jordan was fantastic. Answered all my questions. Came out within an hour on Sunday and had the drains flowing again. Roto Rooter cam out 15 minutes after he did and had a higher price after waiting for 2 hours on them. Zoom Drain is my new go to!
