Luis did a good job, and the company worked with my home warranty company, Hone Service Club, to get the issue resolved properly. On Christmas Day, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. At first diagnosis it appeared to be the angle stop valve. This was approved to be replaced, however it was still leaking. The only solution was to replace the kitchen faucet. We had to go back to HSC for a revised approval. It took a couple days to get all parties aligned. However, as soon as they received the approval, they came out immediately and completed the job efficiently. Good customer service by email, text and phone especially over the holidays.

We went through the home warranty people and Luis was the technician that they assigned to do the work. They came out much faster than the other companies would have. And I am going to request this company for anything else that I might need. I feel like they went over and above what any other company did. I definitely will recommend these guys . Great experience! Freddy was the technician who fixed our plumbing issue. He arrived early in the time window given to us, was professional, efficient, and now everything works better than when we moved in. We're also very grateful they were able to come so quickly, especially since it's less than a week before Christmas. Highly recommend!

Plumber + Air is fantastic! I would highly recommend them without a doubt. We had two technicians here today, a Saturday!!! Freddy and (didn't get the other technician's name), but they were great to deal with. They had our new hot water tank installed in no time at all. They cleaned everything up, left the room so much cleaner than it was. Freddy explained all that was done and how to adjust the tank. I purchased a water heater from this business. It was a challenging installation as it was external. The installers were wonderful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked late on a very cold evening to make sure we had water before they left. The office was responsive to calls and questions. Overall I would highly recommend this business.

Very positive experience with Ram and 1-800- Plumber+Air. Freddy quickly diagnosed the issue. Submitted approval request to AHS along with supporting documentation. Upon approval, made needed repairs including several new parts. Great repair and great company 👍
