Fast. Helpful. Professional. Max was amazingly helpful. He arrived within 30-45 minutes of me calling for a clogged toilet. He quickly fixed my toilet and didn’t charge me for the visit. He also taught me how to unclog my toilet the next time it happens. The world needs more kind people like Max. He sincerely wanted to help and not try to con me out of money. Thank you for your help, Max.

Worked with Patrick and his crew (couldn’t remember their names). They were really nice and helpful and walked us through everything. They were able to install the new furnace in a timely manner. They took really good care of the house and were respectful when bringing in their tools and equipment. They did an awesome job and I definitely would recommend them for another job.

Had a backed up dishwasher and made an appointment with South West Plumbing. James Cash came to my house in Kenmore. He tested, pumped out and cleaned up the dishwasher. While ultimately it ended up that the dishwasher needs replacement, James did everything I asked for and was thorough in running through multiple diagnostics and options. I appreciated how timely, and complete the whole service was. I would highly recommend. Thank you James!

Well where do I start , I had a main sewer line under my slab foundation break so , I had to call the BIG Dogs in SOUTHWEST PLUMBING to see exactly what broke underneath my house. They came out cameraed the sewer line under my house and found the problem and I asked about how long it would take to fix 2 days . So they came out fixed the problem . Very Very happy with the job that was done. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. SO A BIG THANKS TO TYLER H. Gerardo Ramos was at my house on March 21 for a water heater inspection. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job of explaining what he would be doing. Once he was through, he again explained what he saw and how I was good to go. He did find three dead mice in my crawl space and disposed of those for me. He said he saw evidence there are probably more and recommended I have a fumigator come out. He also found my sewer cap was off and put it back on for me. I was very impressed by Gerardo.

Gerardo Ramos from southwest plumbing came to our home quickly. We had him remove piping for a garage sink we never installed, so that we could rearrange stuff flat against that wall. He also advised on some other potential work (replacing our main water line inlet valve) and he was helpful in determining it was best not to to do that right now, and explaining why. He was professional and courteous. Part of the job was in the wall, so he cut away drywall, but did it in a way that made it easier for us to put it back and fix it later. He was orderly and neat. He left the job site very clean. I would definitely use him and Southwest Plumbing again.

I needed to get a new water heater, as I found out our current one was almost 19 years old, and LONG past overdue. I saw that Southwest plumbing had great reviews, and decided to schedule an estimate. They had someone come out the very next morning! I had Abel come by (along with his apprentice Daniel), and he did an excellent job showing me options that would fit my rather awkward space in the kitchen where the current water heater was. I explained what we were looking for, and he was able to show me a unit that was effectively the same physical size as out old 40 gallon unit, but with a 50 gallon tank so we wouldn't run out of hot water as quickly. He also mentioned that because he had that particular model in his box truck, he could replace it right then. That was a fantastic selling point, as it didn't require me to schedule a separate visit, and there wasn't an additional charge. The pricing was super straightforward; when he showed me the various models on his tablet, the installation, removal, and disposal were all shown in the unit price. He communicated with me throughout the process, explained some parts, and answered all the questions I had along the way. The full process took a few hours, and I'm super happy with the results!

Our tech, Gerardo, was very professional, quick, and gave good attention to details and communicating them. He assessed what I thought was a reasonable cause of failure for our original equipment hot water heater that came with our 1980 built house. Then he figured out the costs for a replacement and explained options for financing payments for it. The replacement fit in fine and we had hot water again in just a few hours.
