Dakota promptly called me about a job follow-up. I relayed issues and he showed up at the time given. Without hesitation he crawled under my house, assessed the situation and had matters corrected in about ten minutes. Dakota is friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend him for any plumbing repair.

The Plumbing Joint was really great to work with, from the scheduling process to the day of service. I was confident in Aaron's knowledge regarding our potential leak, and trusted his expertise. I was also pleased at how early they were able to get me on the calendar for my non-emergency issue. I will definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend.

Kevin provided excellent service. He was polite and patiently explained what he did, listened to our concerns, took excellent pictures and efficiently resolved the part of the problem that he could. We had a sudden leak under our kitchen sink and called two plumbing companies who told us they wouldn't be able to come out for two days. We called The Plumbing Joint Co. They said they would be able to send out a plumber that day. The plumber, Aaron called in an hour and a half confirming that he was on his way. Aaron quickly accessed the problem, gave us options and recommendations. He was able to fix the leak. We would recommend anyone with plumbing needs to call The Plumbing Joint. We plan on using them for other non-urgent plumbing related repairs.

Aaron came out and was very helpful. We had a problem with an outdoor drain clog, and he laid out a bunch of options with his recommendation, but left it up to me to decide without any pressure. I would work with the plumbing joint again.
