Henco Plumbing Services

Our water heater started leaking, along with some intake pipes, necessitating that we shut-off water to our entire house. Chris Greenwood from Henco was able to be on-site within a couple of hours of us calling to schedule service. He replaced our water heater and fixed the pipe leak in a few hours and did a great job explaining our options. Excellent service!

Home repairs are not fun but Brian Robert’s and Henco Plumbing make the job easier. Brian took time to explain, weigh options and alleviate the stress associated with the situation. Brian’s positive outlook and professional skills made me feel very confident in the choice I made to have him, and Henco perform the work required. Will definitely use Henco again for future plumbing needs.

My experiences with some of the plumping outfits in Vancouver have been hit or miss. Unfortunately, some did very poor work. I checked out Henco Plumbing Services, The Better Business Bureau rated them A+ - that was my first research, they are reputable and do quality work. I read independent reviews from multiple sources, Henco Plumbing Services came in the top 5 of Clark County plumbing outfits. Drew came to my home on time, he was courteous. He checked out the problems and determined the best approach to fix them and cleared the laundry drain that was plugged. He quoted us a bid to fix the other issue, he scheduled the repair work for the next day. The next day, Ryland came out to do the repairs. He went to work immediately, he did a great job, my wife and I are very pleased with his work. Both guys are personable and competent. We will go with Henco again, if plumping issues arise. They are a great company to work with, they back up their reputation.

Jose from Henco Plumbing came out on a Saturday for emergency service after I drilled a hole into a pipe. He was super friendly and helpful, didn't make me feel bad for my mistake, and taught me about my water shutoff and water heater in addition to the pipe repair. He was very transparent about pricing. Great experience! I will definitely use Henco again in the future.

We called Henco and were happy to have service the next day. Drew was thorough, efficient and able to solve most of our problems during his visit, with the tools he had in his truck. He was kind, considerate and patient while we asked questions to ensure we understood the issues and possible resolutions. Highly recommend Henco and Drew!

The Tech and all the employees I spoke with were amazing they cared about the issues I had and made me feel like I was a priority highly recomend working with them. Only down side is the price I have no idea how they compare to other companies and I’m sure their costs and prices are comparable but it felt like a lot to me. I’m usually a do it your self kinda guy but I needed things done quickly and and had a lot on my plate at the time, so I had them come out. Like I said the people were fantastic, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Brian & Caleb were my hero’s today. They were friendly, quick and accurate in replacing my hot water heater. They walked me through the entire process, gave me all of my options for repair vs. replacement and did an overall excellent job. They educated me on proper care of my new water heater and set me up with a maintenance plan. I will continue to use Henco for all of my future needs and will gladly recommend them to anyone in need!
