We had a clog in a double sink that we had not been addressing for fear of the expense. Finally, we bit the bullet to get it fixed and called Aurora Plumbing. They had a technician in the area and he was at our house in short order. He identified the problem swiftly and took care of it just as swiftly. And all for a minimal cost that took our breath away it was so little! It made us feel silly for not having addressed the issue when it first showed up. We feel great about using Aurora Plumbing, in addition, because it is a local company, not a chain. We are so appreciative!

He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home, neat, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. he fixed my washing machine, and knew the product very well. I needed the shower cartridge and diverter replaced in my bath. Aurora Plumbing sent Kevin out, and he fixed everything. He was professional and kind and I was quite happy, but the next day when I was at work, my son called and said there was water all over the bathroom floor and it was leaking through the floorboards and forming a huge puddle on the downstairs floor. Kevin came back to the house shortly after I got home from work, and double checked all his work. It turned out that my son had taken a long shower with the shower curtain outside of the tub! Kevin was amused. I wasn't...until Kevin said there wouldn't be a charge for his return visit. Great company. Great plumber.

My name is Nancy Niesel and I want to let you know I had the best experience yesterday with your salesman Sean . He tried so hard to find the part for my toilet without any luck and he told me if I called the company they may send it to me sooner than he thought he could receive. I had to call twice as the first time after waiting 8 minutes I was disconnected and then when I called the second time after 15 minutes they were able to tell me they would overnite the part. I did purchase your sewer cleaning by his recommendation and am very pleased with the product. Thanks for everything. First time here, but it was VERY obvious that the gentleman didn't want to help me outfit four new bathrooms. I asked about a fixture displayed on the wall and he said the company no longer makes it, so I asked about other fixtures, same response.. Really? He never got out of his seat, nor did he offer alternatives..what a waste of time. In the end I got everything I needed Fergusons; Fergusons staff were very friendly and eager to help me outfit our four new bathooms.
