Troy and Ross were outstanding!! Friendly, thorough, & tidy. They called ahead of arrival, showed respect by taking their shoes off upon entering the house, and cleaned up after their work. They explained what they were replacing & why it needed to be replaced. I was so satisfied with their work, that I'm having them replace my very old hot water tank. I found out about Beacon Plumbing through their support and ads on NPR station KEXP. I highly recommend!! So, a week later, I have a new hot water tank, upstairs shower plumbing got attatched to the wall (like it should have been originally....), toilets flush properly & shut off when they're supposed to. I finally have piece of mind that my garage won't flood due to an expired hot water tank. If, in the future, I decide to get a water softener, Beacon's got my business!!! Had a pin hole leak due to aging copper pipes with corrosion and reached out to multiple plumbers for quotes. Beacon was the one that had a quick response time and were able to address the corrosion leak without trying to sell me a service plan. Jeremy and Jay were true professionals and got the job done in a day.

We had our garbage disposal installed and realized that the plumping and pipes needed to be adjusted. We called Beacon and they sent Nate and Riley who were in and out within an hour. They were awesome, Nate was really knowledgeable and Riley was shadowing I believe. Nate ended up setting up our pipes successfully and walked us through each step and scenario. The final end result was not only cleaner and better than how it was previously, but it was also space efficient and now we have a lot more space to put things underneath the sink. Would recommend these guys, they provide awesome work and take pride in it :)

Astonishingly rapid response to my call for repair of a nonfunctional heat pump during a cold snap. We live in a remote area so I was expecting a distant future service call. Nope, they offered same day. Incredible. First class service. Kory knows his stuff and was great to work with. We are warm again. Highly recommend.

I had Romeo out today to install a new hose outlet on the side of my house. At the same time, I had Kory S. and his team for a routine furnace maintenance. They showed up promptly and delivered perfect results for us. They all worked so quickly and I appreciated the great communication. Will definitely use Beacon again when I can.

Damon and Ian came and replaced our furnace. We found them to be timely, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used Beacon for all our recent service and repair work and will always look to them first. The response time was amazing. Our furnace was out at 5:00 and they were here by 6:30. We were pleasantly surprised by the cost as well.
