From beginning to end the experience was incredible. They were so helpful, great communication, and were able to replace our water heater super fast. Specifically worked with Nolan who was incredible and super personal! Had vast knowledge to educate me about water heaters and went above & beyond for us. Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues and will be using them in the future from here on out.

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Brian from Ben's. Plumbing. We give him high marks for attentive service and patience, working through the issues with our bathroom sink. Able to work through a problem with water pressure, his perseverance solved the problem ... can recommend Ben's for competent skills and their excellent customer service.

The best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. The people on their team are fantastic. From Nick the owner, Michelle the scheduler, Brian and Jon are amazing in residential projects, Anthony for rough in and large multi unit projects. The HVAC team Kurt. I can go on and on. I’ve used other companies before and no one compares to this team. They’re not the least expensive but worth every penny because they get the work done right the first time and I don’t have to call them back to fix mistakes. Hire this team. You won’t regret it. We have used Ben’s Plumbing twice now and each time, they have exceeded our expectations. Today, Tyler arrived on the early side of the predicted window - yay ! - and set to work on our two problem areas. Not only did he resolve the issues but he found them far less complex than we had anticipated and was honest enough to say so. He even admired the age and quality of our fixtures, an added touch of reassurance. We are SO relieved to have a plumbing company we can rely on. We will definitely call them again. Ben's Plumbing is amazing! When I needed help on our sump pump, our friend referred us to Ben's Plumbing, Heating and Air. When I called them in the morning, Michelle was able to arrange for John and Rueben to come out that same day in the afternoon. They actually were able to come by sooner. They arrived mid morning that same day and were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely and quick manner! They also said they would complete any follow up work needed at a reduced rate. They also checked on another item when on site. I am very glad I called Ben's Plumbing. Their entire team is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and experienced. I highly recommend them! I am very happy with the service provided by Ben’s Plumbing. We had a blockage in our main line that we discovered late in the evening on Saturday. We could not use our toilet, sinks or bath/shower without getting massive flooding. Ben’s plumbing was able to get someone out the same night within an hour of calling them. I had called other places and they were the only ones able to send someone out. The guy was friendly and helpful and able to get the blockage cleared. I initially gave a 4 star review because he wasn’t able to provide camera footage of the line, even though I had been told in the phone that he would. On Monday they made it right by sending out a guy free of charge to do the camera work on the lines, since they weren’t able to do it on Saturday. This gave us peace of mind on the status of our lines and saved us from having another costly expense. I am super grateful for their service and for taking the time to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them. Super friendly and easy to work with.

We had a hot water replaced in a condo and the service, communication and overall process was so smooth and straightforward! I really appreciated the check in to make sure all was working as expected a few days after. Appreciate how easy to do business with Ben’s Plumbing was!
