We had just purchased a new gas range that needed to be connected to an existing gas line. Best plumbing provided a quick response via HouseHappy stating they could easily help us and could send a tech out the next day to connect. The technician arrived at our home, was professional, had those slip on booties to protect the floors, and quickly diagnosed our needs. Willem and Jason were incredibly knowledgeable and showed me so much kindness when I had an emergency leak in my kitchen ceiling. They were patient while I dealt with insurance calls and accommodating with whatever service needed to be done today. They took great care with my home and their work. We had a clogged kitchen sink right before a family event and were freaking out! Willie was the technician that came out and cleared our kitchen sink! The drain was full of grease and Willie was about to completely clear it and restore flow. His pricing was fair and he did an excellent job cleaning up after himself! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services! I hope his upper management sees this and notices his work ethic. Thank you Willie!

Called to get my water pressure looked at. Their dispatch could have been a little nicer. They sent Jack out and he was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly. He was kind and informative, walked me through the issue. He felt genuine and not like a skeezy salesperson. If we have any plumbing issues in the future I’ll definitely be calling and asking for Jack to handle it.
