Monty was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem easily and gave good recommendations for what to fix and how to prioritize different issues. He was also very patient and good at problem solving while I worked with our building manager to get the water shut off. The office staff at Craftsman Plumbing was also very friendly and helpful. They are a bit on the pricier side with their fixed pricing, but overall the experience was easy and worth it.

Super easy to call and set up the appointment. Isaac showed up right on time and was super helpful diagnosing the issue and letting me know the process and costs up front. He has all the tools to fix it that day. Kept the space clean and did c an amazing job re caulking our toilet. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The Craftsman guys are great — I’d recommend them to anyone! Isaac was super helpful, gave me multiple options on the approach to fixing the problem, materials, and budget. Super friendly and respectful, got the job done same day and helped me learn about the overall plumbing situation in the house and things to keep an eye on in the future. They’ll be my first call next time I need help… they should be yours too!

Really great experience with my plumber Monty today! I had a backed-up sink and broken garbage disposal repaired in just one visit. He was thorough, really knowledgeable & confident, very professional, very kind and explained things clearly to me, and I learned a few things about the appliances in my house too! I'm a new homeowner and I feel really confident trusting the work that got done, and reaching out again to Craftsman for help if I need it in the future!

Cameron did a great job replacing four of our shutoff valves. He is resourceful, friendly and professional. We’d look forward to working with him again.

The following review is for a quote assessment. Cameron and Zach were wonderful. They came to our home did a thorough assessment of the state of our plumbing, and gave options for the original service we asked for as well as other more long-term options. They were patient, kind, respectful of our home, and not pushy at all. Cameron walked through all the quotes, details, and offered to talk on the phone again if I thought of other questions as I was going through the estimate.

We love craftsman plumbing! Isaac has been to our place a couple of times now. Very knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to. Quick and decently priced service. Scheduling was a breeze. They were able to come out next day and fix our leak! Will be using them for the foreseeable future. 💕
