Drain Pro Plumbing & Septic - Seattle

We have now used drain pro plumbing on our 100 year old home on lake Washington 3 times. Raman is very talented, patient and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends. Customer for life!

I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, "Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done." SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

First, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. They scheduled and did the work quickly. The work was impressive to watch and went very well. The crew members worked very well together and even cheered each other for work well done. The clean up was very good. The city was delayed in making the final inspection, but we were not billed until everything was certified and cleaned up. We would definitely use them again, but we don't expect that we will need to!

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.

We had issues with a slow drain and one day kitchen sink usage started backing up in bath. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. The estimate we received was great too with no unnecessary 'urgent' replacements suggested to solve the issue at hand. I think we've found an excellent plumber for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing! They were done in exactly the time frame they estimated, 5 days. They're efficient and on time. The job site was left in better shape than when they started. They even took the time to put our berry posts back in place. We will recommend them to everyone who asks.

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Michael and Pierce just came out to do a regular sump pump maintenance, and I can't recommend them enough! Very professional, showed me exactly what they were doing and what was good/bad in the system, finished the job quickly, and incredibly reasonable rates. We'll definitely be using them again.
