We had Eco out for an emergency electrical panel replacement. We were impressed with the whole Eco team Genesis, Conner, and Elijah. They had the emergency job completed from the first phone call to a complete panel install in just over 24-hours. It takes competency to respond that fast, work with PSE to disconnect/reconnect, as well as work with Kirkland’s inspector. You can’t do that if you don’t have a great reputation. Great experience! After recent bomb cyclone in pacific northwest I needed to replace my existing transfer switch to power home using my Ford F150 Lightning electric truck. James from Eco Electric was super helpful and effective on making that dream a reality. James did due research since what I was trying to do was relatively new approach and provided reasonable cost estimates to get the project done. There were few challenges with existing wiring on my old home but James showed great patience to understand and resolve those issues. At the end, I am one happy customer and looking forward to next power outage. Thank you James and Eco Electric.

3/6 Calvin and Clint accomplished some real beautiful replumbing. Making our water source more efficient and available to us workers who work outside of the main office at my job. Both employees were very professional and communicative regarding when the water would be shut off, which we appreciate emmensely. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.This saves me personally from having to crawl under the porch every work day just to turn on the water. I needed to replace a few pendant lights in my kitchen. Eco Electric was quick to get me on the schedule for a next day appointment. Matt came to my home to give a price estimate where he was very transparent about costs, and even worked within my budget. He was able to replace my lights the same day in a timely and efficient manner. I'm very happy with how they turned out! He even took my old lights to donate to Habitat for Humanity and helped me clear out the packaging from the new lights I bought. Matt really went above and beyond with his services!

I reached out to have an Electrician discuss options for an outlet in my garage as I just purchased an electric vehicle.come to find out, I had no accessible outlets.Matt F. Was very knowledgeable on options, explaining very well the various degrees of upgrades etc that I may want. I didn't feel pressure to do the upgrade right away, but he did install the double outlet with surge protection.i feel much safer knowing Matt F. from ECO did a thorough job and would definetly Use them again with any future projects. And now I can charge my car over night from home safely!

We're very happy we worked with Eco Electric to install an EV charger at our house. A few friends recommended their technician Kyle to us, and we're so glad they did! Scheduling an appointment with Eco Electric was very easy, and they also texted us an appointment reminder the day before. Kyle himself was a fantastic technician. He listened carefully to our needs and gave us various suggestions on how he could install our charger based on convenience and aesthetics. Kyle has a lot of knowledge and expertise, so we felt very comfortable with his advice. He also has a great demeanor and was very patient and thorough when discussing these options. After deciding how we wanted our charger installed, we assumed the installation would be scheduled for another day. But in fact, Kyle was ready to install it the same day! All it took was having another employee (also named Kyle) bring him the materials. The entire consultation and installation process took about 6 hours. Overall, working with Eco Electric was smooth, easy, and took a lot less time than we thought!, Big thanks to Kyle (and Kyle) for making this process so painless. We'll definitely work with them again!

Matt F installed a wall socket for me. He was thorough checking the breaker box for capacity and general condition then doing a nice clean job of installing the socket. He was also a very pleasant person. This is the third time we used ECO. They installed another socket and they put a whole house water filter into our water line. All the workers worked efficiently and all were very pleasant. They are definitely my go to company for electrical and plumbing.

ECO is so AMAZING! David and Cory came out to check out our furnace. We hadn’t had heat. Days were cold and nights were freezing! Three days later, Josh was here to install our new furnace. He was just as AMAZING! He got it all done in a timely manner, made sure I had the info booklets and that I understood our new furnace. Turned it and BOOM, we had HEAT!!! Best feeling ever especially during this cold winter season. He was professional, polite, well mannered, and he loves his job. Customer service means everything to me. They all are 10’s! Thank you ECO!
