Garrett and James did a great job replacing my faucet. Not only were they quick with the install, but they were also very professional and friendly. I really appreciated how they were mindful of always putting on their shoe covers when coming into the house. I’m really big on customer service and notice when the service is great. They were attentive, responsive, and very communicative. This is my third time using Jafco services in a 5 year period— from a sewer line repair to faucet replacement. Each experience was great—and why I keep going back when I need plumbing work done. Thanks, everyone! I’m really happy with my new faucet!

Starting from giving the quote to executing the project went really smooth. Josh kept me abreast of all the updates whether it was getting the permits approved or talking to the engineering team at Alderwood water. The work was perfect. They cleaned up and restored the area so nicely that I was impressed. Ian / Miguel and Luis did a great job at digging to restoring thing back to like they were without cutting any corners.

Josh Lemery at Jafco came out and was on time and made everything very clear what our problem was, also with a good price and handled all of the permitting and details. This was by far the easiest experience I’ve had with a plumber and it was super nice to feel taken care of.
