Last month we had twice water damage and called Mr. Rooter on Sunday noon. Mr. Rooter helped me to schedule same day. Technician Noah arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins. However, he went into crawl space examined all water pipes to make sure. He advised us to re-pipe a full house with PEX A rather than fixed CPVC partially at an affordable price. He was not pushy about the service at all. Once we decided to go with them Noah did a great job and planned accordingly before he starts the project. Noah is very knowledgeable and professional. Very kind and helpful. Noah, never left the job until they updated me on what they did that day. The whole crew was great, and hard working, and answered all my questions. Another Technician Pejman also did an amazing job with Noah. As this is big project Noah and Pejman worked in a timely manner and had great attention to detail and completed the full house re-pipe including replaced water Heater. Mr. Rooter was the best plumbing company I've ever had to do the work I needed done. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs a quality plumber at an affordable price

Technicians showed up quickly and resolved the issue promptly. He was very professional and patient with me (after completion of the service, he waited 10 minutes for me to call him back so that I could provide payment over the phone).

Gaven was friendly and did a good job. Price was fair. This was a fairly big job. Had to cut out tile around the old bathtub faucet, cut out old piping and re-pipe then install the new modern faucet. The only problem I had is that the faucet handle came off and the set screw fell into the tub. Luckily, it didn't go down the drain. I had the correct allen wrench and fixed the issue. Just was an oversight, no big deal.

We had a break in our sewer line. We got an estimate from a company that starts with an R and an estimate from Mr. Rooter. The R company's estimate was more than double Mr. Rooter's. Needless to say, we went with Mr. Rooter. The repair was done very quickly with minimal disruption. They were great to deal with and we were very happy with the results. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing work.

Technician Nate did a great job, while he demonstrated excellent skill/patience,not messing our kitchen up in the process. If we owned a competitor related business, we would poach Nate away. Lucky that we don’t, I’m sure that You value Nate’s efforts.

Mr. Rooter crew was very responsive to my sewer backup and used a underground camera to assess the problem. They quickly prepared an estimate to repair my blockage with a new section of pipe and then rehabilitate my side sewer with a trenchless liner.They effectively obtained city permits and managed the installation in spite of cold weather and snow to get the job done.
