I recently had Odyssey plumbing come do a service on my boiler that stopped working during the coldest part of the year. Chris showed up on time with all the tools necessary, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. He was able to quickly diagnose and explain my problem with my boiler. It needed a new flame sensor and sight glass. They were able to order the parts for me and come back to install them when they arrived a few days later. No hidden fees, and an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He even cleaned my dusty boiler cover that had to be removed to do the repair. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Odyssey plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and quality work. Excellent experience all around!

He found a creative solution for a difficult-to-access meter, and he completed the installation while keeping me well informed ahead of time of any delays in preparation for the install. Not only that, but he helped me put the stacked washer/dryer back in the closet (over and above on a Friday night when I'm sure he was ready to go home.) Lee is a treasure.
