He advised me to turn off my main water supply, and returned promptly at 4pm the next day, arriving just as I got home from work. Making an appointment was a breeze and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Brayden did an excellent job at unclogging the sewer line that had only been partially cleared by a previous plumber. I'm convinced that the use of a camera system was key to his success. There's also a follow-up visit planned with a camera operator who will measure the length of the pipe to determine if more work needs to be done.
