I had a great experience with Michael and David today! We didn't have hot water for a few days and decided to get help from Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating and also, support a local business. Michael & David showed up within the agreed time window. They took the time to inspect, answered all my questions, and gave honest opinions and recommendations on what needed to be done. I took their advice and got a new water heater and a thermal expansion tank. Michael & David were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to my property. I'm extremely pleased and thankful for their help. A huge shout-out to them, and I hope you enjoyed our chats and the lattes I got for you guys. Michael and Joshua came to our house today and try fix our boiler. At the very end we decided to just replace the whole thing with them as they try fix our old one and they try there very best to fix it but at the very end we just decide to get a new one from them. Both of these guys were very patient with us and did an amazing job and very professional on what they do. I would recommend Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating g for there services anytime you have a problem. Michael and Joshua thank you again for being patient with us and your guys amazing hopefully next week have a problem we get them again they both We’re very communicate communicated with us throughout the whole process.

Chris, service manager (?) was very responsive and understood my needs. Service tech was a bit rough- was newer and didn’t think things through the way I expected. Chris was completely understanding and took steps to get the whole process righted. We are very happy with the final results.

This review is for Josh and Adam. Josh and Adam were outstanding! We had an emergency plumbing issue on our houseboat, and they handled a unique challenge with professionalism and expertise. They were prompt, respectful of our home, and resolved the issue with clear communication. As a woman of color, I appreciated that they were not condescending - as this has not been my experience with other providers. Their knowledge and skill really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. To top it off, their pricing was incredibly fair. I highly recommend their services.

Michael was extremely polite, provided us with options and was deferential as we considered the best course of action with our very slow draining kitchen sink. He worked quickly, yet thoroughly to snake our drain and did an excellent job of explaining what he found. He also cleaned up very nicely and let us know what we might need to do in the future, if the problem reoccurs. Thank you for a job well done.

I had the pleasure of meeting Michael and David for a quote to replace my main shut off valve and PRV. Pretty straightforward job and they gave me a reasonable quote and told me they could start the work right then. It was an easy decision to allow them to proceed with the work. Both gentlemen were very personable and professional and the job was completed in a little over an hour. The old multi turn gate valve was crunchy and didn’t close all the way the last time I had to use it, so the peace of mind of a functioning 1/4 turn valve made the decision very easy. Will definitely use them again.
