I had a great experience with Michael and David today! We didn't have hot water for a few days and decided to get help from Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating and also, support a local business. Michael & David showed up within the agreed time window. They took the time to inspect, answered all my questions, and gave honest opinions and recommendations on what needed to be done. I took their advice and got a new water heater and a thermal expansion tank. Michael & David were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to my property. I'm extremely pleased and thankful for their help. A huge shout-out to them, and I hope you enjoyed our chats and the lattes I got for you guys. Highly recommend Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating for their professionalism!!!

Michael and Joshua came to our house today and try fix our boiler. At the very end we decided to just replace the whole thing with them as they try fix our old one and they try there very best to fix it but at the very end we just decide to get a new one from them. Both of these guys were very patient with us and did an amazing job and very professional on what they do. I would recommend Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating g for there services anytime you have a problem. Michael and Joshua thank you again for being patient with us and your guys amazing hopefully next week have a problem we get them again they both We’re very communicate communicated with us throughout the whole process.

Chris, service manager (?) was very responsive and understood my needs. Service tech was a bit rough- was newer and didn’t think things through the way I expected. Chris was completely understanding and took steps to get the whole process righted. We are very happy with the final results.
